Heal + Ulti + Health is the perfect sect for Necro, so lucky all of those 3 are in this game. Level 15 Talent makes it also broken too.

Yeah, necro and mirana need nefs the most right now i feel. Mirana doesn't even need her best sects, Necro at least needs healing and that can be contested.

@@pappaOfswe I've picked this item up vs Necro and Lifestealer before and it didnt seem to do much. close to endgame their regen is so insane i feel like it hardly effects it. even if u get the full anti-healing card ontop of it.

but logically speaking grabbing 1 from the entire pull wouldn't make much sense if anything from the entire pull of the cards you have but that would make that much better than what dumbdog thinks it to be

@@dragondevil69 you can get legendaries and epics from the random pull, i've used it when at 1100 gold looking for that final sect and the cards offered do not fill the requirements and have hit the sect i've wanted. I've also pulled a epic that wasn't offered rolling the same way.

It's such a bad first artifact, honestly. Only effectively gives you 300 gold, and only makes sense if you've spent your entire gold in the first 3 rounds.
Although compared to Seal Wheel, Loan is the better choice lmao
