Do we have to put a show up for the world? Are these children learned to memorize Bible passages for the time ahead?
lightchannel.dk I understand your point. But the adventist church aim to teach and help the youth to remain steadfast in God’s love. This is not about putting up a show to the world, but rather grounding and ordering the youth’s steps in God’s word. Your point about military parades, is not to teach children for any ordinary reason, but to institute values in them such as respect, obedience and focus on important things in life. And yes, teaching and learning Bible verses are a very essential part of the parhfinder class.
