Just discovered the channel and I love it. I have my online business though as a distributor for another. Because creatin something from my passions and identifying something I am good at... well I spent years at that stage and not moving forward. So now having selected an industry where I get the training and support i need, and I do not need to bother stressing about the products, the delivery etc. is gold. I can just step into being a sponsor and a coach

This makes ut difficult for me to pinpoint what I do. My passion is in farming which I do but the free advice giving continues although am no longer in the corporate space

There is too much bashing of this (as in the flight of the employee) side of the house when the fact remains that many people enjoy the company for which they work, their role in that company, their compensation, and their activity. When you enjoy what you do, you’ll do it practically anywhere whether you’re doing it in context to your own company or in partnership with another organization, which is what employment can be when it’s at its best conditions. People should remember to also talk about reshaping / challenging the corporate employment model altogether rather than only focusing on “leaving the 9 to 5” because people forget that if a person decides to break away and build their own business and it grows substantially, one day that person will also need (just like their former employer did) people who believe in their vision and company enough to work for it. People forget this. Not that every entrepreneur grows a company that employees by the hundreds and thousands but the point remains the same. It all comes down to creating great working conditions and flexible circumstances (where possible) for your fellow human at the end of the day.
