    Why the PCB doesn't seem to have any of the mentioned optocouplers, but it DOES have diodes near each relay?

    Any alternative for relay or any ic?

    Thank you for sharing such an awesome project!
    I got everything to make this and it doesn't fit the listed SRA-05VDC-CL relays. It looks like it fits the slightly bigger (SRD) version.
    Also the 2p connector is listed to use a KF350-2P, but actually needs a 5mm KF301-2P.

    Tengo un problema y es que no se activan los relay cuando lo programo en openPLC, pero en Arduino si le pongo alguna de las entradas en modo salída funciona perfectamente

    I made this bored. But input d4 isn't working. I think this is because it has a internal pull-up resistor and the board has a external pull-down resistor between the pc817 and the d4 input. How do i disable the internal resistor?

    • @jamiewilliams6763
      @jamiewilliams6763 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yeah I just confirmed on your board. GPIO2 pin D4 that's connected to the onboard LED with the pull-up resistor is a sinking input unlike the others. You have the pc817 output pins of D4 reversed for sourcing.

    what's a good design, but i still confuse how to program the ESP822 module, i think that the success key for this project.. share please..

      He used OpenPLC for programming the ESP module, using OpenPLC you can write Ladder language and other languages program but in his video he used Ladder language to program the module. Method from programing ESP module using OpenPLC is that you just write a program in Ladder Language and for the input and output variables you map the variable to pin numbers of module (Pin mapping is mentioned on OpenPLC documentation website) and then you just burn the code on module using OpenPLC burner, it automatically converts ladder program into C and burns it on ESP module.

    The optocoupler seems to be pretty useless.

    • @DJRY360

      it isolates the 3v3 esp from higher control voltages and is absolutely necessary.. an alternative is a voltage divider, but this does not protect the controller from transient voltage spikes.. optical isolation is the gold standard here and this is the appropriate choice

    Please write your email,
    I need to develop a PCB project for esp8266, 8 relays, 8 4-20ma inputs, 16 inputs via a shift register for a button and 16 5v outputs via a shift register, I would also like a built-in OLED display connected via 4 pins, could you design such a PCB for me?
