Bow comparison between an American made Timberghost recurve vs a Chinese made Stealth Hunter #war #archery #comparison #vs #whowillwin #fypシ #foryou #target #fyp #foryoupage
A SC against an imported bargain bow is like a compact Chevy 4 banger against a Vet. Put some standard limbs on the Timber Ghost and they’ll be much closer. As for feel, that’s personal preference.
$1500-2000 isn’t end of the world if you buy once cry once!!! Truly it’s not a massive difference in performance usually but a custom bow generally looks better, can be smoother and is more of a work of art. I’ve recently gotten into trad bows and my suggestion is start with a budget bow and see if this is something your gonna enjoy and get into. If it is really do your homework and try as many bows as you can then order a higher end bow in future. I would suggest making plans to go to some sort of a rendezvous like ETAR on the east coast where there’s a ton of different bowyers in booths and plenty of people willing to let you take a couple shots with a pile of different bows. Figure out what feels best, fits best and works best for your style of shooting our hunting. Good video and comparison!!!
At a further distance yes, you can hold them more stable. I always add a quiver though so that takes care of some of the weight. As far as more forgiveness that just depends on the bows grip for me. Example is a toelke 10x grip, once I learned the grip it was super accurate, but I hated the way it felt. I can pick up a centaur longbow and learn the grip and keep it and the same goes for my Timberghost Supercurve.
@@kingwouldbe8366 the Timberghost supercurve is going to have a much flatter shooting arrow vs the slower stealth hunter and will have more penetration at all distances depending on your arrow build

I saw that timber ghost on your last video and fell in love til saw the price 😳
😂😂😂 brother I found that one used!! It is an amazing bow but am a used bow guy, I don’t like to wait on builds either
@@ICantPutMyBowDown i thought maybe you was rich $$
The $2000 compound bow I never use is the sad part….. just hangs on the wall. Hoyt vtm 34 with the garmin xero x1i pro…. I just don’t shoot it.

Great video it just shows you don't have to spend a fortune to have a reliable hunting bow 👌
Nice review, I like your honesty
Thanks! I try to be honest, I just want to put my tests and little knowledge out!

I’ve had over 15 high end, widows to centaur, toelke, timberghost, timberpoint etc
So i see you've shot a lot of different trad bows. Do you find the heavier riser recurves more accurate and forgiving than longbows?

hello what influence regarding the difference in arc power for the penetration ?
