    Eren doesn’t use swords a lot. He mostly relies on his Titan form. This seems a lot more like a Levi build. Rune Knight would work for Eren though.
    3 Levels in Rune Knight and 17 Levels in Open Hand Monk make a better build. Quivering Palm can literally one-shot if they fail the save. Frost Rune gives you advantage on intimidation and +2 bonus to Str and Con checks. Cloud Rune gives you advantage on deception and sleight of hand. You can also use it as a reaction to redirect an attack. Giant’s Might (from Rune Knight) also resembles a Titan. I also don’t know why you chose “under-common” language. Giant language would be better, as they resemble Titans.
    I, personally, would also go Goliath Race. Giant’s Might just makes medium races large. If you use a large race, they will become even bigger. Resembling a Titan more.

    I feel like you would have been better off Doing Rune Knight and Any Monk class. You could Do the unarmored thing with a high Wisdom and High Dex. You could be a Dwarf(Granted Eren was never short) and take Dwarven Fortitude to regen whenever you take the Dodge action and you can do that as a bonus action. You wouldn't be strong I guess but a single magic item could fix that.

      I don't make builds making assumptions on getting magic items honestly. If you try out that build though, have fun! Sounds like a blast, though calling Eren a Dex/Wis fighter sounds very inaccurate in my head lol

      This wouldn’t work with Giant’s Might. Dwarves are a small race. They would just go to medium. Titans are not the same size as a human.

      @@Getsuei_Tsugikuni Dwarves are a medium sized race and even if they weren't Giants Might says, "If you are smaller than Large, you become Large". So, they would still become large.

    Wow amazing Video but could you give ne ein advise for how to fit in the barbarian cause i wanne Imitate His special ability

    • @HeartLockHex
      @HeartLockHex  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm not entirely certain what special ability you're referring too? Eren's primary ability is his unusual physical power and the coordinate. Eventually his ability to cause the rumbling, and manipulate the earth. None of that is connected to a rage, really.

    • @VelvetRoxanne
      @VelvetRoxanne 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah His rage ability was kinda unofficial since it never got talked about in the series

    • @HeartLockHex
      @HeartLockHex  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@VelvetRoxanne Anyone can get angry, that doesn't necessarily mean they need an actual Rage ability. Played a Wizard that went into a rage and used tenser's transformation for a long while lol

  • @VelvetRoxanne
    @VelvetRoxanne 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    If that's too much work then it's OK and i'll try to do it myself but i think you can do it better since you are familiar with the character bcs you created him

    • @HeartLockHex
      @HeartLockHex  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fitting in rage isn't difficult but it means actually turning into a giant becomes highly sub-optimal. But if you *want* it for whatever reason, replacing fighter with Zealot Barbarian for whatever amount of levels you want would sort of function.

      I've been in the DM seat on that side of things many a time, and embrace it when I'm a player lol. Getting knocked silly and failing is my favorite part of playing D&D honestly! Hope your game continues being fun at least!

    Slight problem with your build. Unless a feat says you can take it multiple times, you _can't_ at all. So if you're gonna pick Resilient, you gotta pick one ability and run with it. Also, Divine Smite specifies that you have to use a melee weapon for it to be triggered. And unarmed strikes are only considered melee weapon attacks, not actual weapons. It can be houseruled but still. Oh yeah, two uses of Indomitable at 13th level Fighter. Not to diminish the build, just making sure you're not presenting false information to any who try this.

    • @HeartLockHex
      @HeartLockHex  3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You know never knew that about resilient. I've never had a DM with an issue for it at all, huh. That's a new one. Makes sense though. Far as the smites, magical weapon, etc etc yeah. I went over it in the video briefly as a stipulation that your DM technically needs to be ok with it. Though I've never seen a DM care since you're basically nerfing your character 90% of the time. Way easier to just pick up a big stick and call it a club than jump through fighting style hoops.
