That is totally your call, though, we believe SAT2 is extremely helpful as it tests concepts rather than just knowledge. FSC is alot of information and mainly based on memorization, something the AKU test is not based on.

Also if AKU is your main focus then it makes sense to focus more on its test as well; however, if you are seriously considering other medical universities, mdcat plays a great role too

I would suggest focus on MDCAT if AKU is not your only or main focus for admission. Nonetheless, you can revise from FSC books and before AKU test, do SAT 2 Practice Tests

They choose top 300 students so I think they must get total numbers to be i top 300 because its very competative exam ... how many students appear every year??
Hey! Yes they do shortlist 300 to 400 students each year after the test. The standard cumulative percentage is set accordingly. Every year around 4 to 8k students appear. This year there were around 4.3 to 4.7k. However, this is not a healthy way to think about the exam. If you keep such statistics in mind, you will be most probably feel hopeless. Just give your best and hope for the better. Keep the usual percentages per cumulative as mentioned in video in mind, these will help serve as a good guess for you during the test,I.e, if you have done good enough to pass it or not

Can you apply to the mbbs programme while already being enrolled in another university programme? E.g if i am enrolled in BS biology at lums, am i still eligible to switch to mbbs and give the test?

@@mino3926 No need to join any academy, self study is best if you think you can discipline yourself throughout. SAT2 books are the first source you should utilise after Alevel books. Once done with these, Organic Chemistry and Animal Kingdom from FSC. Practice from SAT2 as well.

Ofcourse you are. There is no such restrictions on any program, if you wish to apply to AKU while being at LUMS, thats perfectly fine.
