Making sure that you have a parachute cable with no frayed ends that can catch the parachute bag or inner cord when deploying is important.
There is certainly an easy and a hard way to go about trimming your parachute cable, we have done both, and we get this question often. So we figured we would show you the quick and easy steps.

You should also debur/polish the end of the cable so it doesn't' get hung up on the parachute string.
