So true! What if they just played Basketball. Trying to hurt the lady who is bringing new fans. (For all players). They could all become very wealthy if they would spend their time highlighting their own skills. Instead they want to be known as petty Women who would rather have low salaries, with few fans watching. The WNBA has lost millions every single year.
Instead of showing off their skills they want to highlight the fact they can't figure out how they are hurting themselves and showing themselves not to be very smart. They don't deserve to be in the WNBA. Bring in new players who can figure out how to impress fans, increase the players incomes. And actually make money as an organization. Napheesa Collier is more of a team player than A'ja Wilson. Phee's style of play and on court behavior is so much better. Why is it the player with the Most Points in a Season receives the MVP? Also the WNBA now plays 40 regular season game vs 8 or 10 years ago when it was maybe 34 or 36 games. With 4 more games to be played, hitting 1,000 should be a piece of cake.
Since Wilson is the teams (Las Vegas Aces) go to and ball hog, most of the time Wilson will lead the Aces in scoring. Sure, Offensively Wilson is good, but this year Collier was even better regardless of not being the scoring Queen.
Caitlin Clark, if she played as the Fever ball hog doubt they would win many games but Clark likely would score 35 to 40 points per game.
Therefore, Clark rarely passes the ball aka less Assists, keeps the ball and score points.
Caitlin Clark not only the WNBA Leader in Points but probably have a 1,200 point record making her the WNBA's MVP.

Glad the Suns lost to the Lynx in the semi's. Williams performed very well in Game 5. No one likes Mabrey, Thomas is more disliked, and to top it off is Carrington the most disliked.
