My mom wanted this song sung at her funeral. My sister and I stood up and sang the song crying the whole time as everyone at the funeral sang with us. We had to stand and lift our hands to heaven because that is where she is with our Savior Jesus. I am wearing one of her shirts today and I can't help but feel so close to her. She spent her life teaching others about Jesus, in the USA and all around the world. She also taught Sunday School, Wednesday night teen girls, and prison ministry with my dad who left us in 2005. I praise God for her life and raising my sister and me in a Christian home. I don't know how people lose their loved ones without knowing Jesus and stay sane.

I grew up in a Godly home, strong Christians and always attending church, and church gatherings. I never felt apart of it, but always went. I was a leader, service assistant, worship front singer and always helping out at holiday programmes and doing missionary work. I left the church at 18, I've only been back for funerals. I got married out of the church as well. My family still prays everytime we gather, or eat together, and they still invite me every Easter and Christmas. The one thing that has always stuck with me, and the only time I felt peace and connection was during worship. I still sing hyms and choruses from my childhood, and often play them. I was feeling incredibly anxious tonight, so decided to play a few of these worship songs. And still, they bring me peace and comfort.

I am a Christian, I’ve drawn closer to God for the past few years. I’m listening this song today because. I used to wake up very early to prayer but lately my body’s been in so much pain I stopped, and I felt a lil far from my Lord, I want to feel close to him again.

I'm with Jesus Christ and he is living in us.
I grew up in a Godly home, strong Christians and always attending church, and church gatherings. I never felt apart of it, but always went. I was a leader, service assistant, worship front singer and always helping out at holiday programmes and doing missionary work. I left the church at 18, I've only been back for funerals. I got married out of the church as well. My family still prays everytime we gather, or eat together, and they still invite me every Easter and Christmas. The one thing that has always stuck with me, and the only time I felt peace and connection was during worship. I still sing hyms and choruses from my childhood, and often play them. I was feeling incredibly anxious tonight, so decided to play a few of these worship songs. And still, they bring me peace and comfort.

Because I know that My Lord Jesus Christ Son of God has removed both sin and death from my life and has blessed me with the spirit of God and with the salvation and eternal life.

We were created in God's image, we were created to Praise and Worship the Godhead, now and forevermore. When we allowed that connection to be broken, we feel so alone, disconnected, hurt, frustrated, because we were designed to be in the Presence of the Godhead always.
