I had to turn the video off the first minute of the first game when you threw this town to the yard. You could’ve towned his scavenger next turn burning the enchantments and losing the counters, while also targeting furnace to get it back. Instead, you threw town away….*crying*
I would encourage you to rewatch the video and examine that decision critically based not off of the information learned later in the match, but with the information that was available at the time. If, after factoring that in, you still decide on your hindsight 20/20 play, I think you could at least admit the play was not egregious enough to turn off the video and that Ali’s choice was reasonable enough.
I didn’t watch the video any further. Town is a combo piece, and the board state is very obvious. He shouldn’t be playing a deck on TH-cam he doesn’t know how to pilot. Some might say it’s just for the views??
@ You obviously did watch further, as when he surveiled the This Town to the graveyard, scavenger didn’t have the counters or enchantments attached and the furnace had not been played yet, all of which you referenced in your first comment.
@@bhytgv35 I was on the team that developed this deck, and piloted it to a 6-2 record at the World Championships. It is a very difficult deck to play - Magic is a difficult game! Truly! If you find yourself believing you are smarter than everyone you see play it, and think they make way more mistakes than you would, it is a sign that you are nowhere near understanding the game well enough to succeed at a high level. I would respectfully encourage some humility here. Hope you have a good day and that you continue to enjoy playing this beautiful game :)
Merci pour tes vidéos !
Lmao thanks for showing a combo deck without pulling off the combo
