my best sleep tip for wah: 1-2h before bed reduce the amount of light in your room and/or read a book or do something really chill. Having a more regular sleep/rise schedule helps too. The body's internal clock (circadian rhythm) gets messed up when you're exposed to light at all hours or eat/sleep/wake up at different hours each day.

That hiccup trick totally works! Been using it since 2003 after having my grade 3 teacher show me! IT'S A TRUE MIRACLE. For a cheat though if you have no one to help, you could plug your nose with your thumbs...put your pointer fingers in your ears and just have water in your mouth already before leaning back and swallowing!
