Clarke county AL here. I know of several GIANT, not explored AT ALL caves here. One a creek literally jst falls into and a huge opening. Plenty of room to rappel into. I have NO experience to do any of that or the equipment. They are on family property. At least some are .
@@Mineral_dude I do not have a Instagram. Only social media I have is TH-cam. But, I was hoping u would respond. You wouldn't believe the unexplored caves here. Ok first. I need to explore the property and surrounding areas myself this spring and early summer. I will take decent pictures and all tht good stuff. Some of these, at least the entrance, u can walk into. There "natural" bridges everywhere. Amazing. No one hardly knows of these places. One was a popular swimming hole in the 70 and 80s. Everyone forgot about it. And the rest never explored. Ever. Far as known HIStory. I will get pictures and talk to the fam member tht owns SOME of the property, and all tht in the coming months. I will make a Instagram SPECIFICALLY for contacting you after this. I guess ur name on there will be mineral dude right??!! I have so much to tell about these places. Again let me get the pic evidence and talk to the family.

Do you have a goal in caving? For example the ultimate ultimate ultimate goal could be Veryovkina Cave since it's the deepest cave in the world. A smaller goal could be to do a cave which take more than 1 day to reach the bottom and get out, so you have to work with camps. Or do you have other goals? How does that work for you?
@@comfortablynumb9342 I ask this because I never saw the guys happier then when they reached the bottom of Fantastic Pit. Apparantly they wanted to do that for a long time. And since Fantastic Pit in Ellison's cave isn't a "new cave" I'm wondering if there are more goals like that.
Definitely finding new caves like that other person said, honestly I think my goal right now is to move to TAG, me and my wife are working on that currently and it’s a huge goal but it’ll be hard to let you guys see that process cause it’s super boring
That's a big no on Dynamite.. best thing to use to enlarge a hole when calving is either the Sierra blaster.. are gun cotton and electric match.. you guys already carry the rock drill add a 10 mm bit for your rock bolts.. and when it comes to gun cotton there's about 500 videos on TH-cam on how to make it.. but lab grade is 100% pure nitric acid mixed with unbleached jumbo cotton balls.. takes about a minute and a half to make about 10 lb of it.. I usually keep summer between 50 and 300 lb of it around the house at any given time..
I missed typed but what I meant was to get some scientists to look at the fossils. You may have discovered something brand new but you won't know unless you let scientists know.
Another awesome cave! You just never know what is under your feet when you're above aground. C u next week!❤❤
No kidding 😂 makes me wonder how many highways are built over caves

Can you message me on Instagram? I’d love to explore these and maybe even get you a map made

Crazy cave
It's fascinating how that little hole in the ground led to that cave.
It’s always the ones you don’t think are anything that are the coolest
You guys are da best, love watching your adventures 🤙🤙🤙😎
Haha thanks for tuning in!! 🤘
Awesome cave!
Glad you came across the thing..
Yeah that thing in the crawl was wild
Nice. Would like to know what that bone was. Can you have someone take a look at that?
I’ll look into this, any recommendations on who to send it too?
Love this Channel.
I appreciate you! 🙌

Finding new caves is probably the biggest goal

@@Mineral_dude In which state do you live now then? And how far is your average travelling time to a cave?
Sick!
You guys could probably make a,fortune as cave rescuers
It’s all volunteer work, I’ve actually looked into that, it’ll probably be my end game honestly

You’re awesome, screenshotted this before TH-cam deletes it 😂
Badger claw mebe
The rat might have dragged a leg down there to eat, they are hoarders.
Dragon claw
When you find fossils, do you report the find so perhaps exam it at least?

Do u guys ever fi d kool rocks in the waterfalls at the bottom
Honestly I haven’t looked hard enough cause the water makes me cold, I’ll keep this in mind next time I’m in a waterfall cave though!
Put the rope between your feet clamp it between your feet. It will pull the rope tight for ya without using your hand
