It will! Try to stay solid on your feet. Work the ground. Like I said in the video. Grind the ground!

Keep your upper body down in back when pushing back. Keep your eyes on an object!
Does it matter if you stand tall in the glide or the goal should be to stay as low as possible?
When loading back you should be low and push back
