While this look visually better than the first, part of me still wishes that they had a bigger budget enough to allow better SFX Makeup. For instance, the Animal Ears over Clawdeen & Toralei's heads are giving too much Furry Roleplay

Toralei Doesn't Like Draculaura Practicing Witchcraft At First But Then She Realized It Can Be Used By The Good Guys And Not The Evil Witches That Kidnapped Draculaura And I'm Not Gonna Spoil The Whole Movie For Y'all If Y'all Haven't Seen It.
The actress playing Toralei was the only one (besides the one that plays Frankie) that truly stepped into her role this movie. It was a little over the top sure, but that’s how monster high characters are supposed to be. I also just think she actually looks like the character as well.
It's not over the top at all for the exact reason you mentioned -- that's how they're supposed to be. She was definitely one of the few great casting choices

Also add the fact most of them are now 3rd generation and they changed the characters. So Clawdeen, Frankie, Draculalaura were not the same from generation 1. And this was the true introduction to it. So their personalities weren't exactly the same. Especially with their new backstories. Like Clawdeen being half human/werewolf.
And we are so use to generation 1...that is the what we expect of them.
The actress who plays Toralei...I was gosh she is so spot on that she brought the character to life.
Frankie is still my favorite character, Ceci is just so perfect to play them :D

Say what you want with Toralei folks, but her air of “Let’s all cut the cr4p, and take my warnings FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE seriously!” attitude makes sense (in a relatable way for myself, sadly). Also love how she knocked the sugar packets off just like a cat would 😆 (and some other object I’m blanking on).
Wondering if Deuce saying “Classic Toralei..” being that her last name is Stripe, was a loose reference to Bluey, since the dad in the show (Bandit) has said “Classic Stripe 😏..” in reference to his brother (though that’s more in a fond way).
Also wish she would’ve ordered a “Catnip-ccino”…Being that she makes puns like myself.

I noticed when previews were coming out ft her. Only difference I see is her hair is a little longer short touching the shoulders & tge cartoon had more of a pixie & she has a skirt on & not ripped leggings & has no red edgy looking fingerless gloves. Overall they made a good representation of what I would picture a live version of Toralei would look like possibly.

Sadly no, instead they made a new "love interest" for Draculaura, his name is Ellis. But these movies aren't canon, it's like a separate universe. Clawdeen doesn't even have siblings in this one and for some reason she's in a relationship with Deuce. Totally random.
The new animated series is canon though and Clawd exists there, as well as Howleen
