Without a doubt all the laws are infringements, but it is important to know these things and spread the knowledge, so that someone does not end up in jail with actual nasty criminals, for laws that should not exist.
No matter how many times its explained it still sounds confusing. Probably because the erosion of gun ownership rights started over 80 years ago by chipping away a little peice at a time slow and steady over decades until it's all encompassing. Because people will settle for " its just" this or that a little at a time and except concessions until it becomes something years later that end up being everything nobody ever wanted. Gun control in slow motion.
There is no limit. You are restricted to only two of the same model though. Basically, you can't have three of the exact same gun if it's a post sample, unless you are manufacturing them with the correct licenses. There is some grey area on getting more than two of the same model it would be a more full length conversation though. You can always reach out to us on our website: atfmachinegun.com
@@chrisisbell1550 Lets say a post 86 M4/M16 or even a H&K 416. Do class 3 dealers have to actively be working on developing new guns to own the license?
@@GitSumGaming SO in order to get a license to be a firearms dealer or manufacturer you have to be showing that you are dealing in firearms. You cant have a license just to collect for yourself. Or you are a Manufacturer that has a contract doing large volumes. Can't just manufacturer for yourself.
Chris Isbell I understand that. Some will try to manufacture new firearms and some will take the easy route and just manufacture addon pieces to existing firearms. But it seems like some people that have a class III take advantage of that to buy post samples that I know are cheaper than the tens of thousands of dollars we have to pay for pre-86 samples and just get to have a lot of fun
@@GitSumGaming Post samples a lot cheaper, You can purchase or manufacture all the post sample you want and have fun. But you can't just get an FFL for that. You have to be conducting actual business to have that opportunity.
I wish I could, sadly though we are just civilians once the government is done with us. I would have LOVED to purchase my M4 (yes, it is still _MY_ M4) that I was issued.
The three categories of Constitutional infringement! Thanks for sharing this.
Your welcome!

How many “Post Samples” can a dealer have in their possession at once?

So pre may guns can be bought by a citizen without an sot or ffl licence?
You must have an FFL and a SOT.
The only one that *_sort of_* makes sense is the 1934 one, the rest are totally unconstitutional.
NFA is unconstitutional. No if ands or butts
That’s just shitting on our freedom with extra steps.
Saving now to get one maybe one day
You won’t regret it. I got a Mac10 super fun.
How much do dealers pay for post samples?
It depends on the gun and if it is a factory, conversion or reweld. Also depends on if a Law Letter is required or not.

@@alexnissley9848 ah man i gotta get me one 👍🏼
andrew cano Dude do it. Honestly if you like older WW2 guns a reising m50 run around 5-7k from what I’ve been seeing.
Entire careers have been made out of this. If you work for the ATF, you have a sinecure
Rafael, Yes you can purchase a full automatic. Here is a link to the legal information. www.atfmachinegun.com/legal
I have a question can a ex:military buy machine guns and other automatic guns?
No, unless the machine gun is a transferable item. They are subjected to the same laws as everyone else.
Military is defined as military institution, not a common service member.
Ex-military = civilian as far as gun laws are concerned. And when you're in, you're just borrowing Uncle Sam's shit.
