@@austinbusch25 Rember that champ has very wide skill range. Also it is different playing a pro than any other player. Up to champ 2 this would be an outcome of every game. With champ 3 it most likely would look more like GC playstyle as most are good enough to beat GCs at that rank. Idk if you ever played against GC3 or SSL level players but they are so much faster to every touch that they can make most ranks look like bots, and that is pro player we are talking about.

Champs are so bad at this game but they're addicted to the delusion that they are good so they spend hours with no end wasting their lives getting mad at others for making mistakes they would've because they believe they're good and will get even better

They will both be released soon as rumoured. Squishy will be kicked and jstn leaves for tryouts, so makes sense in my books that they only present Garrett

These are rumours within the scene, Furia is still after jstn. since the lostt move does not pay dividends, squishy thinks about retirement like torment and Garrett will be the new center with two young guns. Rumored Aqua and 2 piece in the new season.
And yes squishy played bad, really bad, and if you follow insides in the scene you are as well aware that he does not practise anymore or something

It is way easier to get ssl tourney title than getting ssl. A lot of gcs have them.
He's not a gc with a SSL tournament title though, Basilisk is actually SSL, he has been SSL almost every season sitting at around 1900-2000 mmr so it was a pretty bad choice to make him play for the gcs tbh

Well man gc1 is still bad. There is a huge gap between gc1 and gc2, but even a further gao between a gc3 and gc2. But the gap between a gc3 and ssl is actually rlly small.

RL is a weird game that gets easier AND harder as you climb, the opponents get better but being more consistent makes it so much easier to read. There's a weird area of player slightly lower than you that's much harder to read than your own rank/higher.

Could have been carried in 3v3 or 2v2 by a pro/ssls. Or have someone else play on his account to get the tag. Day ago I saw someone with ssl tourney badge in 3v3 champ 3 lobby and his current best rank was GC1 in 2s and me and my team beat him and his team
Tournament ranks are different & easier to get than actual ranks. I've been hardstuck C3 for ages, but I've been in GC tournament finals multiple times, and won twice (solo q). The first time I won a GC tournament I might've even been C2 in "the normal ranks" IIRC.
Basilisk is not boosted or carried in any way though, he has been SSL almost every season sitting at around 1900-2000 mmr, it was just a bad decision to make him play for the gcs

Yes they did win in the end which i dont get a clue how because from the clips we saw, car control be lacking, and the dudes ssl title is most likely his ssl friends boosting him in the tourney. every rank's skill was appropriate except that the diamonds and champs (that pretty much looked like plats) were barely passing to each other and Hannah from GC was literally getting carried by basilisk (who has a title of season 9 SSL tournament winner so not surprising).
