    No fancy background, no fancy lights yet one of the most striking and inspiring youtube video I’ve ever had privilege to watch. Thanks a lot Nathan. I am sure this one touched to so many out there not having enough confidence to make the switch..or don’t know how to do it. Among many amazing videos you produced, this one was by far most inspiring.. Sorry for your loss and condolences to all family and friends of Johnathan..

    Holy moly man, this was some really impactful stuff. This isn't just a regular video from you, this is epic and motivational, and I really appreciate your time you've given the community. I committed to photography 3 years ago and was planning to launch full time when "the time was right". Lost my job in January, so I AM full time now whether I like it or not. haha. Thanks Nathan!

    Sincere condolences, and a heartwarming tribute to Jonathan. This message hit me greater than any previous business or motivational video I've watched, particularly as I'm the same age as Jonathan with 3 kids.
    Thank you for everything Nathan 💙

    Nathan, your video really hit home with me. I got into photography when I was really young but never pursued it professionally until recently when the universe thrust its hand to intervene in my destiny because I wasn't doing it myself. I had a nice corporate job doing video and I got laid off at the beginning of the pandemic… 2 months before my first child was born. Talk about shock. But I chose to view this as a new door opening as another closes. I decided to pursue photography with 5,000% passion and man do I not regret a single moment since. We live in the present, not the past, nor the future.
    “If not now, when?” Wise words my friend. Peace. 😊
    I wish your friend well on his journey into the next life and may his soul shine. He sounds like a great guy.

    I went into real estate photography full time last year. Business got to the point where my day job was no longer easy to fit into my schedule with my REP business. It felt great to drop work that had been wearing me down physically and mentally. The market is different this year, though. I live in Michigan, and inventory is very low in several counties. I am getting a little more worried after a very slow April. I am definitely not going back my day job. Just trying to adapt to the current RE climate

    • @NathanCoolPhoto
      @NathanCoolPhoto  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's awesome Brian. Stick with it, this down market won't last...they never do, and they help shake the trees to let the dead fruit fall, leaving those who survive as the ones who get the gigs. Thanks again Brian.

    Great motivational video. Thanks for sharing. I had a stroke a few years ago so I brushed up against not being able to do the things I love to do anymore. I've been soaking up your videos for the last year trying to break into doing some RE. Getting closer in that I'm practicing with becoming proficient with using flashes. Thanks for all you do and keep up the GREAT work; it's greatly appreciated by many.

    Your timing is magical, I was fired for the first-time last week, in 50 years of working for others. We have your books and courses and now mystically your guidance through the fear. It’s a big leap to the other side, a big thanks for the encouragement!

    Thank you for the video, for all the words and emotions. I have found you through my mentor ( my brother-in law) who was also an awesome real estate photographer in US. We lost him about 6 months ago and him gone just made me understand that I have to follow what I love to do because as you said there is no tomorrow. Thank you again for all the information you share with us every day to make us better photographers and I am deeply sorry for loss of Jonathan.

    Thanks Nathan, I am saddened by the news of your friend Jonathan. As you so correctly said life is unpredictable. Any War Vet will tell you routine kills what ever the job. A sound amount of fear is a very good motivator to succeed in your endeavours, too much of it and you will be paralised and ineffective. Finally you are right to promote your various courses since they are very instructive and good value for their money.

    So very sorry for your loss! This has been driving me for a year now. Entering my 7th year of doing this part time. I love capturing real estate from the air and ground. Your books and videos have helped me evolve and I thank you for that. I needed this message today. Impeccable timing. I think it’s time to purchase your course and come up with a plan.

    I'm sorry about your friend, this video is a perfect tribute to him, giving yours and his life experience to motivate others to take a leap. Could you please give any idea on how to start a portfolio when you don't know anybody in town to allow you to take pictures of their house? I wanna thank you also for sharing your knowledge, I got one of your books and it helped me a lot!
