You did amazing to find out why it wasn't working and you helped out a lot of people. Thank you, it helped me with a different pattern of the same maker.
I can't wait to get the pattern!! Next week, we are able to go to Joanns!!! I really really want to do one in the pom pom yarn you used!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy For you Robin and all the fabulous testers a few of them I know well💕❤ I am sure it is very exciting to see your pattern worked up 🤗🤗 I have accidentally called people through IG🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Its because you look at comments and then when you put your phone down or want to exit its very easy to touch the call button😂😂😂
@@KnottingHookCrochet I like the picot on the wings, but I am also seeing it on a small screen. I love how little touches makes it a different dragon, and plan on making several for my nerd room 🥰
Marsha takes the best pictures! I love her couple 🐲💖🐲 I always have notifications off and phone silenced. lol 🤪 I hope you do great in your markets! ☺️🙌 I have crickets all the time! That’s why I edit so much… Lol Thanks for letting me test your dragon pattern, I love it! 🥰 🐲🙌
Yea the differences in how you do stiches can definitely effect how your pattern turns out. The variation of decreases, Actual tension, and the difference between yarn under and yarn over can make a huge difference.
The moment I've been waiting for!!! Got my Pattern. Thank you. The dragons are so so awesome. Love all the colors. Testers: you did a great job. I am excited to get started on this dragon!! Thanks another great video Robin!
In the etsy listing u can have two versions. A print friendly version and an online version. The print version can have no or only a few pictures. Ik a lot of creators do this
Great job everyone on your pattern testing!! I am avid follower of Heather and Crafty Sue and fell in love with theirs. I mentioned on Crafty Sue's channel hers reminded me of a Snow Dragon which is awesome!! Heather's work always blows me away!! I am so happy for you Robin, you made an awesome pattern!!
So excited for the pattern release! I agree with you about the decrease being explained on the pattern. It would save people alot of frustration! Have a wonderful day! 😊
Love the look of this dragon pattern, @Knotting Hook Crochet. Great creativity. Looking forward for the pattern release. This will be my first dragon pattern.
Love the jealousy. You are killing me with the wait for this pattern. I’m finishing snugglebeans today. I had run out of Pom Pom. OMG the pictures of the dragons in test are great. Yay I am praying for an early release. Want to bring a few to my next event which is May 11
Just got your dragon pattern. Can’t wait to get started. My 8 year old daughter Trinity wants to know about the doll behind you above piglet. She would like me to make her one. 😊
So I saw this video title and went straight to Etsy to buy it 🤦♀️ Should have seen the video first 😂😂 Ok well I’m on pins and needles waiting so I’ll be there when it’s done 😊❤. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us and I totally agree with the pattern having all explained steps in them. I have found some that just didn’t make sense also and it can be very frustrating 😅 Hopefully your markets go well 🤩. Happy Crocheting 🧶
The decrease stitch absolutely has an effect on the outcome. If the pattern says invisible decrease I do that. I will do the invisible decrease as I learned to do it when I started learning amigurumi. I learned the invisible decrease, going through front loops, yarn under pull through yarn under. Knowing this will tighten the stitch leaving no holes. But if a pattern says (decrease) i am not sure if they mean, traditional, invisible, or a combination of both. I absolutely agree Robin, it should be stated in the pattern not only which stitch but how the decrease is done. I made the dragon this conversation is about, i used the invisible decrease as she does, i watched the bee video at the mark you posted for me,(thank you very much), my bobbles lined up for the most part but I had to sew the legs on and line the wings up myself as even using the same decrease she uses they did not line up. I will try the pattern again, with your wings! I just bought your dragon pattern and I am so excited. It is fabulous! The picot on the wings makes the wings look realistic so I will add it like you did. But even without the picot I love the wings. Thank you! Much love!
Remember when I started a FaceTime chat with you and Sue by accident . It was a great time chatting face to face with you lol lots of laughs! Thanks for the dragon slide😊😊😊 You and Mary are the best bouncers!
I am also a pattern printer I read the pattern and sometimes I make changes for my preferences and I write them down I also write the time it takes to make the item and if theres no mention ,ensure the amount of yarn that s used and if I used a different yarn. I can’t wait for your dragon pattern to come out
All the dragons are so wonderful. I agree with the decrease stitch I noticed the difference with the pattern also. Wishing you an awesome pattern launch 🎉❤
😂 I saw the ho ha about the dec and just had to laugh. Once people do enough plushies and try different dec ways they'll be able to decide for themselves which dec will work better for this pattern, I'm always changing it up depending on what I need for an area of the neck or tail etc
The spider looks great! Have to agree with you on the cow. I think I would just clip the snout off and make a bigger one. I've done that before with other projects and was much happier with the results! So glad your dragon pattern is going well, I had no doubt!! Looking forward to the launch as I am definitely going to be buying the pattern!!
You were right to say something about the decreases. Look how many times you had to do that pattern to figure it out. The testers should have noticed that and said something. I am a science teacher, directions are so important and how people interpret those directions needs to be considered. I would love to rewrite some patterns because they are NOT clear and they need to be, especially if they cost. Don’t feel bad for being honest, you weren’t mean about it but it needed to be noted. I have a dragon pattern that is very similar to hers so I am not purchasing it at this time, especially after watching your review.

I'm back!! I bought the pattern!!!! I was wondering if anyone has done it in worsted weight yarn yet??? I think I might give it a try!
I had one tester do it in acrylic, I'm waiting on sharable photos to be able to show it. It turned out so cute!

It was Instagram I’m still learning it.
Yay! How long does it take you to make a non-bobbled dragon?
Probably about 3 hours depending on how fast of a crocheter you are.
Since this is your pattern you going do a tutorial on this
Probably not, it would be an extremely long video.
I'm not sure she looks like a cow. But she's cute with that little green flower
