I'm solving with the same method that u r using for infix to postfix example . But instead of stack = operator I'm using stack= operand .... And the operator written before the given stack and instead of postfix using prefix column and adding operator in this column
Gday Miss. Thanks for the video. Was wondering, why I am getting, from a few online converters, the following answer: 1. A*B-C/D+E ====> -*AB+/CDE in Prefix 2. (A+B)/C*D-E ===> -/+AB*CDE in Prefix Or... there can more than one version of the same answer? Thank you :)
You mean you're not sure why (A + B)/C gives a different answer compared to A + B/C, or? Unless I misunderstood, she added the brackets herself to the expression above so that it's easier to think about, but adding parenthesis to something like the above actually changes the equation since division has higher priority than summation, so you're bound to get a different result But there should pretty much be only one answer for a specific equation, if there's a different one once you add brackets, chances are the equation itself is different due to them
I think there can be more than 1 answer. specifically when one gives different priorities to multiplication and division :) So the answer in the video is correct as well I believe :) You can try to search for any website that does Prefix/Postfix to infix conversion.... maybe that will help clarify things.
Thnks....miss....it is easier to study....why...our teacher is not able to chose these type of methods....tomorrow ...data structure exam#tekerala but....the eqn need to reverse...first??
Steps 1.(a+b)+c-(d/g) 2.(+ab)+c-(/dg) 3.((+ab)+c)-(/dg) 4.(++abc)-(/dg) 5.-++abc/dg I think this is the right answer.Group two operand together with and operator with higher priority then do the prefix and consider it as a single element,For operator with same priority you need to calculate from left to right except for exponential from right to left.
I'm sorry for saying that but this is a wrong way. I used this way and my solution was wrong

Very good explanation 😍!
Disclaimer:
by adding parenthesis by your own make you equation differant and will produce Wrong Ans!!!
3:02 this is completely wrong answer and this is wrong way never do like this
the correct answer is "-*ab+/cde"
Super explanation
The answer is wrong - +-*AB/CDE is the answer u can even use converter in ggl to check
Ans is wrong & this method too
Thank you mam

I think the answer of question A*B-C/D+E is wrong here, the answer according to me is - * AB + / CDE
I referred to two websites that does the conversion... and got your answer too. Is the example in the video incorrect?

What about the brackets in second problem?
There is a mistake in second problem the star should move prefix first than division
FIRST QUESTION ANSWER IS WRONG ,, ANS : -*AB+/CDE DON'T WATCH THIS IN GOING THE WAY OF TRICKS AND MAKING WRONG ANSWERS
NOT ONLY FIRST QUESTION EVEN 2'ND QUESTION ALSO WRONF IF DON'T TRUST CHECK BY USING ONLINE CONVERTER OR MOST PROBABLE WAY TO SOLVE BY YOURSELF

Yesssss
Thank you mam, excellent explanation
wow this method is remarkable thanks ma'am
Why did you have to put A*B in parenthesis and C/D and separate them with the minus sign?
Because they have more precedence than plus and minus signs.
Hope it helps☺️
Can u explain this without using t1 and t2
Thanks mam
