The foot crossing was closed last year as a result of hooligans messing about in front of trains - this was filmed ages before the crossing closed. I think there is a long path around to still get to it though!
It depends really. If you are a user of realtime trains, you will be able to see whether there are extra movements on top of the regular freight movements.

@@RailinKent thanks, filmed there yesterday from the other side, saw a notice on the crossing saying it was re opening in 2022, hope it’s true.
