Stadtkirche, Wittenberg, Germany Worship, 10/19/24

A Saturday evening Service of the Word led by our Pastor Brett Wilson, as a part of the Wittenberg English Ministry. While the audio and video quality isn't the best, wanted to share in case you enjoy this glimpse - or the organ music! This service is in the Stadtkirche (Town Church/St. Mary's Church), where Martin Luther preached over 2,000 sermons, was married to Katie, and baptized their children. We gathered with about two dozen worshippers from the US, Germany, and other places (who intentionally sat toward the back so that they could see up to the high pulpit!). Dr. Steven Hoffman graciously filled in last minute on organ for a spectacular gift of music.
