It doesn't look like you lean back but just a few millimeters. It looks more like you lean back (just barely) and mostly take the weight off your front foot and straighten your back leg to keep the board straight under yourself and to drag the board with your momentum (again, to keep the board directly under you). Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

The best thing to do is check out the ramp supply website as its their pole jam, we didnt build it!
