No worries. Most of the documentation is in English, but it is not necessary to be too good in English to be a great programmer. Ukraine and Russian programmers are great (as they are in Chess) IMO, but not good at English

But try using like this in chrome it worked for me after corrections: i made mistake by closing the img tag and instead of .jpg i gave .jpeg. so may be you can also cross check on spelling, extension.Also place the image file in same folder where you are having the html document. Hope it works
