I’m glad to see this. The fact the government thinks it can dictate how we celebrate a holiday we’re we celebrate the last time we told our government to kick rocks has always bee hilarious to me.
It’s a problem when they are setting them off irresponsibly. They are a fire hazard and can injure people. I grew up in FL where we set them off at the beach despite it being illegal. Beach patrol came around and gave lectures to people being irresponsible and made announcements asking people to properly dispose of them. That kept it confined to the beach where they could be set off safely over the water. We mostly policed ourselves. If someone was being stupid, the men put them in their place. Unfortunately, there are no men in CA to do that. Just fools. I had someone setting them off at 3am near me and they were hitting cars and power lines.

Then “...Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2:38) “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” (2Corinthians 3:17) For the Kingdom of God is near!
It was a nightmare! Been here over 50 years and the explosives that going off were next level scary: my windows were rattling, car alarms going off… 🤬🤬. If fireworks are illegal, why sell them in ANY city or county? Enforce this law everywhere-hypocrites.😡
