How do you see this as sacerdotal? And what is wrong with liturgical ritual?

No, it is Biblical order tracing not only back to the Apostles, but to the liturgies of the Synagogue, Temple, and Tabernacle, which Moses patterned off of heaven, the reality of which is unveiled (or revealed) in the Book of Revelation. The Divine Service is quite literally heaven on earth, and should be treated with all the formal reverence deserving of our King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And the Office of the Holy Ministry is the established means by which Christ works publicly in the church as priest according to the order of Melchizedek. This is what the Church has always done and taught.
Lex orandi, lex credendi - as we worship, so we believe.
If you are not a Lutheran, or do not belong to any other historic church, I can understand why this might be confusing and not make any sense to you. That's fine. But I would encourage you to learn about why these practices exist in every single ancient and apostolic church, from Rome, through Constantinople, as far as Assyria.
If you are a Lutheran, then you need to become more familiar with what we believe, teach, and confess. I suggest starting with "Hallmarks Of Lutheran Identity" by Alvin Schmidt. "Has American Christinaity Failed?" by Bryan Wolfmueller might also be very helpful for you. If you're interested in the Divine Service in particular, "Heaven on Earth" by Arthur Just will be a good, thorough start.
May the Lord guide you to a greater understanding of the Holy Christian faith.
