As I understand it, the USSR left the area after 1990 and they left a lot of nuclear waste and fissile material laying around. The USA asked the Kazakhstan government if they could assist with cleanup and disposal. The Kazakhstan government agreed. So USA, with support from Russia and Kazakhstan began cleanup and health studies on the local residents. I believe USA paid several hundred million dollars and provided most of the specialized equipment for the cleanup. That's why there is a USA flag at the memorial site. It is to commemorate the cooperative efforts of Kazakhstan and USA for nuclear waste cleanup.

They used to live in Donbas but it’s pretty clear they’re Russian passport holders rather than Ukrainian. They said very little about leaving when the war started, but they managed to leave when all of the Ukrainian vloggers couldn’t. Since then they’ve been travelling around countries that accept Russian passports. Anyway not to be political I’m still a fan and they still make interesting videos.

It's a monument, the country of Kazakhstan decided to put it there, and you have no right to do that. What's worse is that you were wrong. Your colleague corrected you and informed you that this is not a disarmament monument, but a cleanup one. The US helped clean up. Perhaps they did a poor job, as the background radiation is still quite high, but regardless, they helped clean up. Why did you not put the flag back up after being corrected, at least? It's true that the US helped out cleaning up that site, which is a very generous thing, even if they didn't do it out of altruism. But it's also true that it's hypocritical of the US to persuade other countries to terminate their nuclear programmes while the US keeps theirs. Remember that Ukraine partially ended up where they are now because they signed a similar deal with Russia. So he's not completely wrong. Letting the flag touch the ground is apparently a big no-no and I don't condone that, but even if you're a patriot you should consider the hypocrisy in this deal and how the US aren't *just* the good guys.
Fun Fact: In the 90's I know there was a secret mission between the former Soviets and the UN to clean up this site. It was SOOO badly contaminated it was one of the most irradiated places on earth, There was fission material scattered randomly about on the ground, Irradiated metals everywhere. At the time it was the TOP site in the world where a potential Dirty Bomb could be created incredibly easily by the fact the site was so hard to guard and the nuclear material so widely scattered. They only announced the Clean-up five years into completing the work, Which involved removing tonnes and tonnes of material, Scraping away much of the topsoil and making sure the place was regularly patrolled.

Sounds like his engine isn't choked. It's not a clutch thing. Those carburetors have a choke. It's on the right side of the carburetors. Pull it up and the engine is choked. Pedal Release clutch Wait for the engine to start up Lower the choke lever and rip the throttle. Choke works by when the piston goes down the air and fuel get sucked into the engine. Now a choke reduces the amount of air flow into the carburetor, which creates a lot of negative pressure in the carburetor, so more fuel gets sucked in but not a lot of air. Example: If you have 2 straws hanging out your mouth. One in a cup of water and one in the air. If you inhale, you're going to get maybe a little water but mostly air. Now plug the straw in the air with your finger and leave the other one in the water. You're going to suck up water. Also if it is the clutch. Pup the clutch cover off, take out the Philips head screw then squeeze the clutch lever and hold it. Then spin the flower nut 1 notch clockwise. Put the Philips screw back in place. Start the engine, ride it. Repeat if clutch keeps slipping. Don't over tighten it.

As I understand it, the USSR left the area after 1990 and they left a lot of nuclear waste and fissile material laying around. The USA asked the Kazakhstan government if they could assist with cleanup and disposal. The Kazakhstan government agreed. So USA, with support from Russia and Kazakhstan began cleanup and health studies on the local residents. I believe USA paid several hundred million dollars and provided most of the specialized equipment for the cleanup. That's why there is a USA flag at the memorial site. It is to commemorate the cooperative efforts of Kazakhstan and USA for nuclear waste cleanup.

It's true that the US helped out cleaning up that site, which is a very generous thing, even if they didn't do it out of altruism.
But it's also true that it's hypocritical of the US to persuade other countries to terminate their nuclear programmes while the US keeps theirs.
Remember that Ukraine partially ended up where they are now because they signed a similar deal with Russia.
So he's not completely wrong. Letting the flag touch the ground is apparently a big no-no and I don't condone that, but even if you're a patriot you should consider the hypocrisy in this deal and how the US aren't *just* the good guys.

In an earlier video in this series, the one where they first arrive at this site and where the FLAG is first shown, the plaque on the monument is also shown, with its inscription.
The plaque says specifically that the entire monument is merely a memorial to the agreement between the US and Kazakhstan regarding nuclear disarmament, and they obviously felt that this is a meaningful place to put it.
The flag and accompanying monument have NOTHING what so ever to do with any cleanup. If they were for that they would say so, but they don't. Anyone can go back to that video and check it.
It must be in both Kazakh and English, because I understood it with ease.

you are being a little stuffy about it. while I agree my country flag should not be hanging there but in the same sense you should read a little more into the history of why that flag is there. Just remember where those nuclear weapons that Kazakhstan had went to....russia not to the US. so yes Kazakhstan disarmed by giving more nukes to a country that has enough or actually more weapons then even the US has that are nuclear. just saying its a lot more complicated then you might think. Start with the START strategic arms reduction treaty.

Sounds like his engine isn't choked. It's not a clutch thing. Those carburetors have a choke. It's on the right side of the carburetors.
Pull it up and the engine is choked.
Pedal
Release clutch
Wait for the engine to start up
Lower the choke lever and rip the throttle.
Choke works by when the piston goes down the air and fuel get sucked into the engine. Now a choke reduces the amount of air flow into the carburetor, which creates a lot of negative pressure in the carburetor, so more fuel gets sucked in but not a lot of air.
Example: If you have 2 straws hanging out your mouth. One in a cup of water and one in the air. If you inhale, you're going to get maybe a little water but mostly air. Now plug the straw in the air with your finger and leave the other one in the water. You're going to suck up water.
Also if it is the clutch. Pup the clutch cover off, take out the Philips head screw then squeeze the clutch lever and hold it. Then spin the flower nut 1 notch clockwise. Put the Philips screw back in place. Start the engine, ride it. Repeat if clutch keeps slipping. Don't over tighten it.
