When it’s -50°C, my 2010 F150 makes good heat with the fan on lowest setting, idling and not moving. Once I speed up the fan, and/or start driving, the temperature gauge drops from half to 1/4, and the air coming out of the vents is cooler. Is this a water pump issue, thermostat, or something else? Coolant level is good, everything is fine temperature wise when it’s -15°C out.

Check for leaks in radiator or other components or possibly bad heater core or it could be electrical
how about blocked heater core
I'm getting heat while im moving, but no heat while idle. Coolant is full. Any suggestions? (2006 Monte Carlo)
Mine was none of the above. The cover under the heater core broke and once I put a new one on, it started working again.
