As i said before, This IPO's are for the private investors who entered at lower price internally & legal way of dumping the shares to public normal Juan. Grade A shares of office space? now that we are in Pandemic mode + Remote work and 24 Hrs guarded their performance with management remote A.I. machined learned is the future of working , what are the office space for? just tinkering for the Filipino People no FUD. Ayala would not let their name tarnish but what can Ayala do against Economic Odds? if people , pull back heir investments, Ayala would just buy back in lower price from their burrowed money from some of their banks. Offshore businesses will inhouse their call center jobs already. Americans, Europeans will start making Call centre and offshore jobs back to their own lands. 2022? then consider waiting.

You make AREIT investment instrument very vivid.
Grabe. This is very detailed. I had to pause to digest or sometimes I play backwards to grasp the explanation thoroughly. Nakaka-happy. I was kind of uncertain sa rate ngayon ni AREIT coz I got it sa IPO price. Also, unanswered questions in my head as to why this and that have now concrete answers. I am not a stock market expert nor have so many knowledge specially on the technical side but this is why I'm here, to learn.
Going back to AREIT, now I'm good. I'm here for long term investment anyway for AREIT. So G na ko hahah not afraid anymore hehe. Go Go Go, AREIT! Soar high!

Yes... Without being overly technical and knowledgeable in stock market. My personal opinion why I invested in AREIT is maybe around 70% of what you mentioned in the video. Mostly about Ayala's reputation.

I've only been into trading/ investing for less than a month. I have a few equities in small capitals and invested in a mutual fund (bond).
