I think a lot of Airbnb's use cheaper options to equipt a house due to some guest not properly taking care of things and in some cases stealing, I stayed at an Airbnb that said had one of those smart tv systems and when we got there it only had open cable, turns out a guest stole it right before we got there. I assume Airbnb had a way to compensate the owner in such situation but not sure how long that process takes or you need some sort of proof to get reimbursed Regardless this a worst case scenario and surly you'll have great guests, best of luck
