I think that's more like a supervisor thing to take care off.You need to get at management and they should put in their orders for the workers to do their job.So I think is more like talk to the supervisor and ask him if his making or writing down the orders for the fixture of the property.I don't think it has nothing to do with the language,I think its more like if the people in charge of the living are the one's that make the orders
