I think that is the main thing about Bionicle ,Hero Factory and Chima .You can build your own world of figures . And only can say what is right or wrong .
I absolutely LOVE how every part and shape of the Vorox Moc, the shaping is soo smooth yet mechanical at the same time, and it's a great addition to have it holding a cigar/cigarette to further show the personality of the character.
If the actual limb pieces could survive being used, yeah, the Glatorian would be a great wave of sets. The vibrant colors returning was a big breath of fresh air after a lot of dulled down colors and a lot of gray and silver taking over. Even as someone that didn't get most sets growing up, looking at them in LEGO Magezines instilled a bit more wonder because of the return to more classic coloration.
I only just started watching your videos but they have invigorated me to make my own Bionicle mocs I don’t have very many pieces where the only Bionicle I had was Tahu Master of Fire so I’m using BrickLink Studio but man it has been a blast so far making my first moc
I was not plugged into the Bionicle lore/timeline AT ALL during the time that I was buying sets. I had a few of the movies on VHS, but nothing else. I didn't even get ads for the toys because my family rarely ever had cable and toy ads didn't really play very often on local TV stations. I just liked the sets, so my parents would buy whatever looked cool whenever Christmas/my birthday came up. Without binging a 13hr Bionicle lore video, I would never have even known the difference between the Toa and the Glatorians.
i really like how in the story glatorian are more organic than the toa, kinda gives them a human vibe.
Story wise, the Toa were never to have free will

0:30 took the words right out my mouth
Mentioned it a while ago on the Mata Nui video but NickOnPlanetRipple's mods are some of my favourite versions of the glatorian
5:01 so i need circle stuff like his mask for shoulder stuff for warhammer 40,000 terminators...
(its really hard to make all 3 shoulders.).
5:20 reminds me of Kratos’ weapons from God of War
They do look like a water version of the Blades of Chaos
Yay! I made another feature! Thanks Ben I appreciate the support
2009 was my intro year to Bionicle, so seeing the Glatorian always make me smile.
Roman gladiators used nets, so that could be why that's there! (or it's a water or fishing theme)
the original gelu was the perfect standard set
I wonder if that Strakk moc with the gears was someone trying to make the Glatorian more "early" Bionicle aesthetic?
5:18 some irl gladiators used similar nets to entangle opponents

That Strakk revamp could be like an artificial Glatorian, considering that the Glatorian were supposed to be mostly organic tissue.
Wait. StSc makes bionicle mocs too!? 😮💥🧠💥 That looks awesome!
Honestly i REALLY enjoyed TLR, i loved the animation style (Hero Factory ish) and it was just a good watch
What?! Tarix is evolving!!!
6:58 after he already talked about useing the net to fight...
gladiators used nets in battle in real life, cool reference.
I wonder if one of my mocs will be in a vid 🤔
Ben I making a series of Mocs I was wondering if you could have one or two In your next video
Without even seeing the Vorox moc I somehow made a very similar weapon for my first self moc. Odd...
This mocs really lives by the tiitle "Glatorian legends" by how incredible they are
❤💚💙🤍🤎🖤
Those chain weapons on the champ are so kratos it’s not even funny lol
Also when going to strack you couldn’t think of a COOL transition to him?
