I have these two planets in war on my ascendant. Saturn R Virgo, Hasta, pada 2 15°30. Jupiter R Virgo, Hasta pada 2 16°01. Ascendant Virgo Hasta pada 2 16°39. Saturn is winning this war. In my experience spirituality and religion was not in my life until I became 36 due to this conjunction. At the moment my day is spend about learning spirituality and religion (non-duality). I can relate. Lol I was born 10th December 1980 have saturn and jupiter conjunct in my birth chart. Pretty much been exclusively focused on a scientific approach to things till last few years, although I've always been a day dreamer wondering about the what ifs. But recently my life's taken a radical departure culminating in again the conjunction of saturn and jupiter on my 40th birthday and taking up all kinds of things I'd have previously considered not worth the time. Gotta be careful not to get sucked right to the opposite end of the spectrum is my feeling with this though and instead integrate both a scientific and a philosophical approach to things. So You have this Placement in D9 is formed by Jupiter in Cancer in Ashlesha Nakshatra at around 16 Degrees and Saturn has come to Sagittarius in D9 from Sagittarius so this wont be same as some other Degrees with Sagittarius Pada so D9 placement has to be examined in depth and not just at face value
