Leveticus 27, the value of vow numbers 30:1... 1samuel 1:1, 21 financial year is April to March while Academic year is September to August. Isamuel 1:21 spiritual year. How do you commit spiritual year is yearly sacrifice and with a vow . The language the spirit understand is the language of sacrifice. Vow could be your commitment e.g I am going to keep prayers watch to God. Luke 11:13. A man that must advance in altar must have a vow. A man that must maintain an altar must have a vow. ACTS 1:1 Matthew 28:16 Jesus Encounter them by appointment. After he rose from Death. The day u said as henceforth I am going to be doing something for you. HEAVENS will not mean it until u re beginning to do it... Luke 24:45 every altar must have Human attendance and it must contained a vow... I am going to bring someone, when you are begin to do it With action he meets business with you. O Lord bring people and members to work with me people whose their hearts has opened and touch.

Do you pray in the spirit or in your understanding? Do you pray with prayer points or not? In establishing the personal altar, how do I pray?
If you find a book by Richard Gazowsky - Teach me to pray. It will help you further. But I believe that the more you bear the burden of other people and the nation in your place of prayers, you enlarge your altar.
In 2014, i had an accident and broke one of my hands. I was wearing trousers on the day of that incident, as naive as i was, i started assuming what if i died so my spirit would appear before God wearing trouser. So i looked up to heaven and made a vow, i promised God not to wear trouser again because i thought it was a sin. After 1mth i started wearing trousers again now i am abroad where if you dont wear trouser cold will deal with you. My spirit has been hurting me since then. I have gone to God in prayers, telling him that i made those vows out of ignorance. I have asked for his mercies n forgiveness for not keeping that vow cuz i thought wearing trouser is a sin. Are my doing the right thing😢
The Bible says you should fulfill your vows to God but also ensure that you do not make vows based on what does not have scriptural grounds For instance the scripture does not recommend the type of clothes we should wear other than that they should be moderate, beautiful and give glory to God
