    I have a new S240 mower with the buc10911 power flow bagger. I have already burned out 2 belts on the Power Flow Bagger. Can you post a video on how to replace this belt? A how-to video so I don't have to take it to the dealership. Thanks in advance.

    Thank you

    Can this collection system be used on new 2025 with mechanical mower lift ?

    JD needs to do some work on this collection system. I like the Kubota one better that uses the rear PTO. Seems more thought out and better system. Odd that the JD doesn't use the 3 point hitch at all....seems as if the system was made for smaller tractors and then adjusted to work on the 1025r, etc. I'm currently looking for a subcompact and trying to decide between a BX23S and 1025r. Leaning more towards 1025r.

      cashxx Funny enough, I've got another video coming soon on the Kubota version. They utilize the rear PTO which is definitely more robust, but also doesn't use the lower three point links. That is fine by me.
      However, no prevelant reliability issues with John Deere's system. High quality overall.
      Thanks for watching!

      The more I think about it, it's probably best that they don't use the 3 point hitch. If controls were separate between the 3 point hitch and mower deck then it would maybe make sense. I was more thinking of hookup and disconnecting the bagger and being easier using the 3 point hitch and simply backup and raise it. The Kubota I believe has stands and the bags lock into place and again I like the PTO powering it. Can't wait to see the video on the Kubota comparison! Be nice to see an updated comparison of the 2018 1025r and the BX23S. I don't think anyone has done a video like that yet. I think they all compare the 2017 model of the 1025r.

      Yeah, I understand what you mean about connecting and disconnecting. It would work with an independent hydraulic deck lift option, but that wouldn't be worth the money in my mind.
      I will take PTO driven versus belt driven any day, although no known issues with the belt system on JD. It wouldn't dissuade me from purchasing, but given the choice I'd choose PTO.
      Someday I'll have both a current model JD and direct comparison Kubota. I never know what models I'm getting in so I have to bide my time :)
      Thanks for watching!

    I have an old 1982 John Deere 317. Is there a powerflo system to attach to older tractors?

  • @brianduclos8887
    @brianduclos8887 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Do they make a quick attach for the power flow where the 2 bolts are at the rear?

      There are aftermarket solutions, can't think of the name right now though.

    Did John Deere recently change the mounting system for this?
    I have a new 1025R I am trying to install a 14 bushel rear bagger MCS on. The hitch plate bolt holes are 2" on-center and the bagger mounting frame bolt holes are 4" on-center.

    Can the whole system be easily removed and put back on again like the other implements

    • @GoodWorksTractors
      @GoodWorksTractors  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it is pretty easy although it does require more physical labor to lift off the parts compared with the loader and mower. Thanks for watching!

      Hey Steve , the system works great but this can’t be taken on and off with ease. You will need tools to remove the belt.
      Take 10-15 to remove and or put on . The system is also pretty I have limited space , if storage is an issue I would think twice. The last thing is the price , you could buy a used ride on mower with a bagger for the price of the bagger . Unless you are going to use it religiously and not take it off , I personally can’t recommend it .

      Good Works Tractors thank your the video you make excellent content . Unfortunately the bagger is big and pricey not the beat attachement for the 1025R.

      Carlos Ortiz good question, but it isn't free shipping. Ball park of $1800-2000 to ship there.

    Hi, my name is Herbie. I enjoy your channel a lot and was wondering if you could help me find a bagging system for my John Deere 1023E tractor or a compatible system at an inexpensive price. I live in Sedro-Woolley Washington.
    Waiting to hear from you. Thx!

    Can you tell me what that Material Collection System costs including the deck mounted blower? A local dealer has one used for $2500 and was wondering if that is a good deal. I have a 1023 tractor with a 54 inch deck mower. Thanks!

      Sorry, I am not a John Deere dealer. Your best bet is to call your local dealer for this pricing.
