I have been an Astrologer for 40 years and knowing the Tarot and Palm Reading both comes from astrological foundations, this makes understanding the cards much more. I see The Chartiot as Mars, that independent action that relies on skill, strength, and as you said, alignment that is sometimes not in our power (which are the spninx and in some cards, horses). Generally when I pull one card for the new or full moon in a month, if the Chariott appears like it did for this full moon, it has something to do with fate, something that appears in divine timing or celestial alignment.
I felt a calling to learn more about this card, the chariot. It has taught me so much about my current situation and why it's hard for me to move forward. Thank you.

I dreamt of this particular card 2 days (or nights if you will) before my birthday this summer. And ever since it’s been popping up everywhere. It’s interesting every time I near my birthday I receive a dream about a particular tarot card and that card shows up everywhere for the rest of the year. Two years it was the Magician card, this year it’s the chariot. So I guess this is my higher self trying to give me an idea of what lies ahead on the new personal year to come. The card shows the theme that I will be experiencing the most. So the this year it’s the chariot. Not sure whether that’s a good thing or bad thing or what it even means but maybe this will help shed some light.

My subconscious self does not want the pressure of meeting deadlines and expectations and prefers doing things in its own time. Which if I let my subconscious self have its way then i worry that NOTHING will get done. The thing about grad school, the universe may be more willing to align with you and your time needs, but I don’t think Grad school has that kind of patience. So how can I make that work if my goals, the universe, and reality are not on the same page? I am trying to control and lead it in the right direction, but as the old saying goes, “you can lead a horse (or sphinxes if you wish) to water but you cannot make it drink.” Well my horses or sphinxes will not drink. So not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks!
One thought occurred to me while watching, bearing in mind what Waite himself said about the Chariot - that it has no esoteric/mystical significance. In other words, it is entirely concerned with success in outer/worldly matters: This is the Elon Musk of Tarot cards.

Oh your method to reduce sugar is pretty good. I don't know if you chose Friday accidentally or intentionally to comsume sugar only on that day, but astrologically, Friday is the day of Venus, which represents sugar, feeling pleased and luxurious in life. So it does fit with the energy of that day

Hi Kate Please clear up wether when you talk about dark and light side of the card, you referring to the upright or upside down meaning of the card. 🙏🏼
Since I don't typically read reversals, I'm not really referring to the reversed meaning when i talk about the "dark side" of a card - but you COULD read it that way if you do read reversals. For example, if you read reversals and you get The Chariot, reversed, you can apply my "dark side" interpretation. That would make sense. But also, if you get this card upright, but in a negative position in the spread (for example, in the "let go" spot or the "what's getting in the way" spot), then you could also reading it in a more negative light and my "dark side" interpretation would apply. Hope that makes sense!

One of my favorite aspects of this tarot journey is how the cards and the lessons manifest in reality. I pulled this card recently after gaining a new job. I was disappointed with my current job which I had worked very hard at for a good amount of time with no progress. I was conflicted at my job stagnated, and I made a choice (the lovers) the time literally felt right. I got a job at a resort with a level of clientele I have never been close to working with. I'm scared but faithful that this will work out. This video helps me feel better. It's saying what my very good friend told me today that the job I'm leaving wasn't meant for me and that I am more aligned with my new job. (Synchronicity) I feel very skilled at what I will. Be doing and am hopeful. Thank you for this insight.
