It really comes down to personal preference. Some people hate using a keyboard and mouse for gaming, while others prefer all the modding a Multi-player action you get on a PC.
A few tips for you Mesh, would have told you if I was in the whole stream. If you drive over health, it fixes the car. And you can cool grenades so you can time your throws. Great vid though. :)

He mastered shooting down police helicopters with the Deagle. I would love to join in on this madness, assuming my ping could hold up.

Also sometimes when you die and you're holding a gun, you can shoot bullets. Of course, that counts for rockets too. So Mesh probably didn't fire that rocket in the club... Probably. :p

I can run mine at 89 fps on very high on a gtx 1060 with 8 gb vram and 32gb ram..but i think u can run gta 4 only if u put graphics to medium

There is no server you join randomly
You coud always block the hotel with the helicopter and you woud be in it shoting the cops and you could use a swat van

Pang Shenghui for game pad press the Lb on the 360 controller and L1 for ps3 as for pc don't know but the controllers are optional
