Hi Maggy! I have the Mini Besace and although it doesn’t fit my phone it’s one of my most used bags. It’s carefree & goes with almost everything. 😊

I just got my Mini besace and it fits my iPhone 13 Pro (not easily, but it fits 🤗) Definitely go for that one!
Just bought the LV Pochette Metis East West and I cannot say how much I love it!! The bag is super easy to get in & out of along with a microsuede lining. As you mentioned there is a lot of functionality with the bag and having the 2 D-rings on each side means you have a variety of configurations to style the bag with straps, chains & charms/accessories. Even with a monogram design I feel like the LV is essentially a neutral and with the longer, rectangle shape as well as the options for chains you can easily dress it down or up.
While the quality & craftsmanship of the Dior Lady D-Joy bag is beautiful, I feel like the handles won't lie as nicely when worn crossbody compared to the top handle of the LV Pochette Metis EW and it's just more a mature bag too.
Hi Maggy, nice video, we are so twinning, I am also looking at the Celine Besace as well, I saw it on xhs, you can fit your iphone 13 pro without cover inside, with slim cover, I think you can squeeze in. For the Bottega tote, I own the puffer cassette bag, yes, if you put keys or small items inside, they will stick out in between the leather, since the pieces are not stitched together. I think in the case of a tote, you can simply put a bag insert inside, no problems. Love your videos, keep them coming!
Pochette Metis East West! Definitely. It's just too cute. I know you have the Mini Lady Dior (Lotus Pearl), and I personally think it's like one of the holy grails of Dior. It can't get any better than that.

So this might be an unpopular vote, but I love the Jodie. I bought two in the teen size, and I'd love to add a small. Sure, it's not great for the grocery store, but it's not that bad. I love it for errands and going out to dinner. I rarely zip it up because it holds itself closed, and it comes with a lifetime warranty! Mine might be the only review saying it's great, but I am obsessed 😂
Also, the Arco and thicker woven Bottega bags don't wear as well from what I've seen. Even in boutique, the edges of the woven leather will look ragged sometimes.

I absolutely love my Fendi Mon Tresor! I have the smooth olive green leather version, and it's much softer. The smooth calfskin is hardwearing but supple. I've made a few videos on it because I immediately loved using it! Definitely recommend the style.
Between pochette east west and dior lady it's definitely the latter! So so classy ❤
From my experience.. after getting two of same or similar bags, the love ..the enjoyment is not the same. Go for the bucket bag. Soo cute 💕👌🏻

I’m also going to europe in the next couple months and was just about to ask on your opinion on the price point of the micro lady d-joy in white bc I’m also hoping to get it in Europe 😊
Also in your opinion, would you pick the Celine Mini 16 in natural calfskin or Chanel Mini Flap in Dark beige/caramel? I’m hoping to get one of these as my birthday bag this summer but don’t know if I could justify the price increase of the Chanel, plus I have a Chanel WOC already! I have yet to add a tan/caramel bag in my collection, and these are the two I’ve been thinking about non stop!
Ooo I would pick the Chanel mini in caramel only bc the natural calfskin from Celine color wise I adore but even the display items have soo many scratches like it’s a bit too delicate for me. Where as Chanel leather isn’t as delicate as people make it out to be!

Hey Maggy I just wanted to say be careful with the Dior book totes because I’ve seen quite a few people having problems with the glazing because it oxidized on theirs but it happened some time after they bought it so it was too late to return it. I know Carol Chan did a video on hers so you can check it out!
I experienced the oxidized issue as well and Dior replaced a new bag for me after 1 year.
That quite turns me off but I still love the Dior book tote aesthetic so if Maggie, you love the vibe of it, go for it. If you worried about the issues even just a little bit, i would say go with other options.
I’ve seen those videos too! especially on the toile de jouy white based book tote show the glue or something causes it to oxidize tragic ☠️☠️☠️☠️ luckily my burgundy one hasn’t shown so maybe it’s just the light colored bags! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
My pick is the djoy but I’m super biased. I love the lady Dior. However, she is my display piece (although I don’t display her, I just take her out once in awhile to look at her)😂
I’m on the same boat as you even if the lady Dior style isn’t as popular as the classic flap I just LOVE the design so much to even just own it and not use but the micro d joy I really think I would use 👌🏻
I have the teen and small Jodie and I actually love the teen more 😆 They’re both amazing and really easy to use but I think it comes down to personal preference. I have a couple of tote bags I love (with similar capacity to my small Jodie) so I just don’t reach for the small very much is what I’ve realized. They have an amazing slouch too so I never really worry about things falling out even if my zipper isn’t closed. Usually I only close half way max for ease of use 😚 also the teen Jodie is such a cute statement bag when it’s in a pop of color. Mine is in acid green. Can’t go wrong either way! 💜
Pochette metis is next on my list! Simply because its super versatile!!
Everyone literally everyone says it’s so worth it !!
My suggestions:
Bottega - small Jodie - I'd get a color that pops against what your clothes colors usually are. Perhaps the sage type of green.
Fendi - I like both of your options. It would be hard to choose because I love the baguette, especially in the color you want, but, I really like buckets and now that they have the cool toned option, I love that color way.
Prada - I'd leave them, but if you really like the bag I'd say go with the leather one.
Micro D Joy or Metis - I like both but I think I'd go with the Dior.
Celine - I like both but out of the two micro sizes I'd go for the pouch. I'd go with the other bag if you went a size up.
LV Metis - I like the original monogrammed canvas but I think the emprint leather would be the way to go. The same with the On The Go.
Out of all of the bags you mentioned - I'd go Fendi Baguette. I would have said the bucket but if you'd be anxious about keeping it clean I'd say leave it until you find a bucket that is more durable and easy to keep clean.

If I have to choose based on your collection I will go with the LV PM just because you have already the lady Dior mini. I have the regular size of LV PM and don't have any lady Dior yet just because I found most of the size and style is too ladylike for my style until the micro lady joy is out. now it is on my wishlist just because I finally found lady Dior which fits my style and looks pretty not as odd as the other djoy sizes! hihi.
I'm with you on the otg pm. Wish lv would stop with the guitar straps. Recently saw the candy and mini arcos and they're cute. I liked the grained leather more tho. It's hard with bv bc I feel like so many of their bags (seasonal colors) end up at the outlets. Btw, they had the Jodi at the outlet.
I wish I could heart this 1000 times. I’m so sick of them putting guitar straps on literally everything (Alma, speedy, otg etc etc) just to “justify” the price point. It should be like Dior where the thicker strap is seasonal/optional!!
Hi there... here are my thoughts. You have to get the FENDI blue seleria top stitch baguette over the mon tresor. That bag is AMAZING! Check out the Marc Jacobs new bucket bag to satisfy your need for a bucket bag. Skip the BV and Prada bags. The celine clutch with chain is way cuter... the other reminds me of coach bag. And i totally see you with the D-Joy mini... very you though the metis EW is very your vibe too... tough one! Good luck!

Dior Micro D-Joy is a stunner 💘
I love saddle style bags and have the LV Tambourin, which I purchased from Dayle’s Addiction when she had her vlog sale last year. I was so close to buying the Celine Folco but the Tambourin had really stolen my heart. I think the depth of the Folco makes it a bit more practical than the Besace. Regarding totes, it looks like Fendi are releasing the Sunshine shopper tote in a small size… or am I behind the times and not noticed this size before? I only see it in brown for pre-order ($2,490) on the Fendi USA site currently but it’s very similar in size to the On The Go PM. Just to add another into the mix lol.

I own the vintage fendi mama baguette in black and I LOVE it! Bought it in great condition 3 years ago. Would be great if fendi came out with the mama baguette again.

The Lady Dior is an absolute classic that you can’t go wrong with, though it getting expensive for me! 😅 I prefer the rectangle shape than the square lady Dior.

I would say the PM east west! The lady dior is so pretty but I feel like with the white color it’ll be more easy to get color transfer on it - I love me a good white bag too, but for lighter colors I tend to not go for super expensive bags in case the color ever deteriorated a lot! They’re so aesthetic but definitely need to baby that color 🤍
You already know I'm team Mon Tresor. If you get another baguette, I feel like it should *at least* a different size. I have a nano, and the full size is definitely on my wishlist.

one: another baguette, definitely go with the blue jeans one, makes sm sense with the stitching
two: big jodie, i just don't like belt bags... and go for the black for sure, will last you decades
three: nylon, not a fan of saffiano leather in general, looks very michael korsey to me
four: mini besace, that chain on the cluth looks cheap to me and a besace style is so classic, gives a cute serious touch to casual looks that i just adore. i'd go for the cream color.
five: ARCO ARCO ARCO
six: DJOY DJOY DJOY
Get the bottega belt bag lol I have it and use it all the time now since it stopped raining her on NorCal lol. I really think you will get a lot of use out of it but ahh the Jodie is cute too, I also want it 😂

I love my small Jodie bag in the Space color which is a dark navy blue. Easy to use and can fit all your essentials and then some. I like the look of the Teen size, but unfortunately, the handle drop is not long enough and it would sit too close to the armpit. I know you like the New Sauge color. Nordstrom carries that color. Maybe you can wait to get it in Europe for better pricing.
Definitely go for the lady djoy. I saw it in person and tried it on and it’s absolutely stunning. I’m thinking about selling my mini lady dior for the d joy just because I can’t justify having 2 similar bags from the same brand Lol but I love the d joy bag.

I had the mini mon tresor in Zucca but sold it a year ago. I loved it and used it to death, but then I got tired of it and moved it on. I have the same exact baguette and kind of want another one too.... but in black. Lol.

I bought the lady d joy micro in white and while I love the way it looks, it really just barely holds my iphone 13. And if I want to wear it on my shoulder, the bag disappear under my arm lol and I am realllyyy petite. I still love the Dior but thinking of sizing up to the D Joy small. Definitely not the medium because that is way too large for me but the small is chef kiss!!
I have the saffiano re edition in mango (green) and it’s indestructible! I never lengthen the strap but it’s a nice option for a long shoulder (def too short for crossbody). I was lucky enough to get it in Europe last year so saved $1000 on the current retail. I’m obsessed with the small black Jodie too! Hoping for another Europe trip so I can pick it up for less though.

I bought the Celine Mini Besace because I loved the look of it but it just was not functional for me and I only carry bare minimum. My Z flip phone did fit but it left very little room for anything else. So I return the bag and got Folco and love it very much. It was my companion to my recent trip to Korea. I also LOVE my white BV candy arco. It carries everything I need and very cute when carried handle/strap. 😊

I would get the Celine mini besace vs the pouch with chain. The chain is only one side and over time if the bag is too heavy it will weigh down strap chain.

Hi Maggy! Yesterday I was at Rodeo drive checking micro d-joy bag. I was ready to buy it , but I didn’t. Highly recommend to go and check it in real life. It is cute and adorable, but don’t fit my phone and don’t stand on its own, keep falling, size so small. I wouldn’t consider it’s like a bag. You decide, but as soon as I saw it I thought it was a joke. I would save money and get something else or maybe consider size small, but the thing with small size, it’s already too big for my body and look too classy. I’m kinda upset, because online I felt in love with the baggo 😢

LV is trying to push their leather bags harder and they won’t accept that leather is just not their ministry. Other luxury houses do leather better.
E X A C T L Y. Not saying they can’t add leather pieces but canvas is what made them them so it’s such a shame. Even hearing how they’re trying to phase out canvas pieces in store and only have them available for online purchase is ridiculous smh
