Seems to me he was watching the adult film, heard the song and realized it sounded good. He uploaded just that little snippet and asked if anyone knew the name of the song, assuming it was probably a popular song he'd never heard of. When he realized that nobody knew what the song was and it was probably made for the adult film, he stopped responding because he didn't want to admit what he was watching.
Additionally, during the song you can hear a lot of suggestive noises, however the clip that got uploaded happens to not have any noticable background noises, so that's why he only uploaded the short clip and not the full song.
