Great video! I'm curious about one thing though. How does this work when taking into account stop loss? Let's say you have $1000 dollar account and you are willing to risk 1% on each trade. And you get an Optimal F of 0.1. 1. Does this mean that you are betting $100 on each trade? Or 2. Does this mean that you will size up such that you risk $100 dollar on each trade?
I've been trying to understand Ralph Vince to use his position sizing ideas, for years by now. But without Maths background, I simply couldnt do it. Can understand the principles, but cant apply them on a day to day basis. Very frustrating
