I love your videos! Such great alternatives to plastic surgery and other invasive procedures. I have had several lymph nodes in my axila removed and since then I have puffiness under my eyes. It seems as a result of a sluggish lymphatic system. I can’t wait to try the taping. Please tell me where I can purchase tape for daytime and night time taping? Thanks!
The lymph taping should help with your puffiness for sure. You may also want to try come facial cupping as well as that can also help with puffiness. We sell the tape our clinic - www.strivingforhealth.com or you can purchase it online as well. Good luck!
More info needed in the video. I would not like to have to read answers to so many good questions. If you make a different video and answer the questions, people wont ask the same question over and over
For the Lymph taping (daytime) you can certainly do it daily and keep it on for several hours, no problem. You can also use it as needed. For the best results with night time taping, I recommend doing it daily for about 30 days and then 2 to 3 times a week after that. This application time frame should work for most people. Hope that helps.
This would imply that unless you work from home or are unemployed that you're out of luck for it to work. 😮😢 I don't work from home and do have a job outside the house, so this won't work for me.
Just to be clear, there are many reasons for under eye bags. The taping should help if your bags are from stagnant lymph. So, if you wake puffy in the morning but then as the day wears on the puffiness improves, you should see some results with taping. However, eye bags can also be due to fatty deposits and if that is the case, the taping will not help much.
No, that is way to harsh for the delicate skin on the face and especially around the eyes. I would recommend either Spidertech Tape - Gentle or Kinesio Tape - Gold Light Touch only for the face.
Yes they are absolutely special types of tape. I would recommend either Spider Tech Gentle or Kinesio Gold Light Touch Tape. They are both super gentle and the only ones I ever recommend. Make sure to ONLY get the recommended types above as they have many different tapes on their sites, great for the body but definitely not to be used on the face. But regardless, I always recommend doing a test strip on your arm BEFORE you apply anything to your face, just to be sure. Simply place a small strip on the inside of your arm for 8 hours and see how you go with it before you apply to your face. The adhesives in these tapes are very mild but it is still possible to have a reaction to the adhesive so test it out first. They can be bought online thru Amazon or such and we also sell them thru our clinic which can be found in the video description, however we tend to sell out rather quickly. Hope this helps
Hi, can I combine this along with other tapping on the face? Like if I’m doing the cheek lift can I combine it with this? If so, which comes first? Sorry if this is a dumb question 🤓
@Roshan Benjamin Not a dumb question at all! I don’t recommend doing the taping for the Puffy Eyes with the Cheek Lift application. However, if you are combining the Puffy Eyes with other lymph style taping applications that would be fine. So, you could do the Cheek Droop or Double Chin taping with the Puffy Eyes as an example. They lymph taping helps to facilitate fluid movement to work on stagnant/puffy areas where the night time applications, like the Cheek Lift, are trying to retrain the fascia into a new position and support fixed positions while you sleep, thus decreasing movement. I don’t recommend mixing the nighttime taping with the lymph taping, plus they are usually done at separate times of the day anyway, with the lymph taping done during the day when you are moving around. Hope this helps. DeBritt
@Valerie Snyder When applying any of the lymph applications, the tape will gently raise the skin, ever so slightly, which can allow some space to be created between the skin and the underlying tissues. This can help facilitate any trapped fluids to drain more freely. One reason for eye puffiness can be from stagnant lymph so this can be an application to help move that fluid. When the tape is applied for this application, you want to see the small convolutions in the tape, where the tape is lifting a bit, as seen in the video. Good luck! I hope it helps.
@Marianne Palikao So sorry for the delayed response. Taping can help with puffiness under the eyes but not with wrinkles directly under the eyes. It can also help with crow’s feet though..
This application requires you to move around in order to move the lymph. The entire purpose is to drain stagnant lymph from the area. When you move your body you are moving your lymph. If you are horizontal while sleeping, there is no movement and the taping for this issue will not help.
Hi, can I have this taping during the night? If I will do it for the night, what can happen? Also, which facial taping is suitable for puffy eyes during the night? Thanks.
@Martina Pučeková No, this application is ONLY for wearing during the day for 2 to 6 hours. You need to be moving around in order to move the stagnant lymph that may be contributing to puffy eyes. If you are laying down or asleep, this taping application will not work. For puffy eyes, you can certainly try some eye exercises like the Eye Squeeze or some gentle facial cupping with a suction and release technique around the eyes to stimulate the movement of fluids. Good luck!
Hi Ashton, we carry Kinesio Gold Facial Tape at our clinic and can ship them out to you in the US. link: www.strivingforhealth.com/shop-facial-tape The same tape can be used for 'night' and 'day' taping. It's more the application type which is important for the best results. We have no affiliation with these brands in anyway, so you may be able to find them closer to where you live. Hope that helps!

This kind of taping closes my eye even more... Am I doing something wrong? I mean, my eye barely stays open when all the skin around is slightly squeezed with the tape. It looks really bad. :(
@M B I take it you mean this happens when you have the tape on? Make sure that you are not stretching the tape when applying. Make sure the strips around the eyes are very small since this is a draining taping and we want to be extremely gentle around the eyes. But, it shouldn’t cause your eyes to feel closed. Try just doing a single application and not both. Let me know if this helps. Good Luck

Buona fortuna.
