He is not deviating from the topic rather he is explaining in detail by elaboraing even minor things so that we all understand. A good teacher is the one who explains a concept with minor details by keeping in mind that not all the students know each and every stuff. He never even asks to subscribe or like the video so deviating from the topic is out of the question. However u can find plenty of videos out there who explains this immense topic in just 10 minutes.
