The reason you see a lot of Gap is because it best matches the Touring Seat which is on there top end model. With those touring seats you don't find the gap. Adding a touring seat will make your more comfortable too
I want to get a backrest for mine but I feel it spoils the look from the back. No backrest seems well integrated for the Astral variant. The touring seat while wider and comfortable makes the bike look like the Thunderbird.
For aesthetics, absolutely looks better without backrest and with standard seats. But when you have kids who want to come pillion 7/10 times, we have to make sacrifices 😄

Hey thanks mate. Checkout 91wheels channel - he has the same Astral Blue as well. The Blue on the Celestial variant is different than this one - that’s a slightly darker deeper shade of blue with white two tone.

Backrest look great. A thicker and wider seat will compliment it. And not the RE touring seat.
Yeah I’ve got the touring seat now but you’re right - something else - maybe a split seat will look better!

Zana makes a backrest, that can turn into a rider backrest as well.

its good thing that its wider back rest but it looks weird from close/ top view. but you can always just make back seat bigger and you are done.

To me the gap looks a little off... I went with the first setting/option.. ur choice though.
