I sure wasn't expecting to hear a remix of Csikos Post, but it was well done and fit the level it was used for really well. My favorite thing about romhacks is all the interesting choices people make for the music and graphics. Mega Man hacks are consistently great in both regards and this one was no exception. Love that so many Mega Man hacks have been getting featured recently.
Heard something along the lines of "MM2 and MM5 happened to be the easiest entries to hack for a while", so that's a potential clue on why. Don't remember where I first heard it, so take it with a grain of salt.
