i also like using “i deserve” instead of “i should”- like “i deserve to have a clean space” rather than “ugh i should clean my room”

The “I would benefit” I need to remind myself this because whew. I’ve been feeling pushed to be more consistent w/ my spiritual baths. I can be so stubborn and be hard on myself w/ spiritual routine about getting it “perfect” and doing all of the things. So starting little by little at a slow and steady pace is something I tend to forget.. which usually leads to me sliding off the consistency train. I have to remind myself that I’m still learning. 😭❣️

I have a night routine and a morning routine (kind of) but I’d like to implement morning affirmations and releasing worries in the shower. I like the idea of the water washing away fears and worries, and saying “I release _____” out loud

Thank you for the guidance! this really came at the perfect time. I’m reframing my routine after this eclipse in my 6th house 😅

Exactly what I needed to hear! I want to work on not checking my phone as soon as I wake up.

Thank you so much for this video Olakemi! I could really relate to the part when you talk about, in your past how devotion and spiritual routine felt overwhelming or even tiring. I am currently in that way of thinking even though I can see I am thriving when I am in my practices. This helped me get more motivation to keep going and learning more.

this video is beautiful for so so so many reasons. Thank you for this! I've always struggled with routine, consistency, time management, organization and all the things they say make life easier and give you more access to 'success', at least in western cultural language. As someone in their spiritual journey, I've tried to reframe routine as 'ritual' and 'ceremony' to make things feel more sacred and increase devotion to those things, and most importantly ALLOW those things to take place.

Thank you so much for this video!!! You just confirmed what I need to do in the morning as a ritual and as well in the evenings. I connect with water as well.

Who do you recommend as a therapist? If you don’t mind me asking.
