Rabbi, you are tapped in. I was just listening to this yesterday. I’m glad you’re peer reviewing this. Ron has a mind like a computer and is intelligent but this Israel is in Africa stuff is off. People tend to forget that throughout history as people migrated they would name places after the events, things, people and places they came from or had meaning to them. They also forget that the Middle East was not always dry, a desert, just like we once had the green Sahara. With the desertification and human migrations also came the movement of animals. Even in the studies on Bantu migrations and the fossils they found, geneticist say many of the types of animals in Africa are Middle Eastern in origin- species of sheep, goat, cows, chicken etc.

What about Abrams journey south of Egypt to Bethel, where Yah showed him the promised land. South of Egypt can't be into the Mediterranean sea, neither can it be to the east, now called middle east. Nor to the west into Libya. South can only be towards Nubia. And Torah tells us he did this journey at least twice with his family. Torah also tells us that this south is the land of Canaan, where his descendants shall inherit.
Please reconcile this with your pear review.

So to buttress my earlier point, I shall encourage all including Rabbi to read the whole of Gen 12 & 13. These two chapters give the accurate context and direction of the land of Canaan. It's south of Egypt, towards Nubia( Sudan) and beyond. This is no rocket science...just Bible revelation of the truth that would eventually subdue the lies of the enemy. Shalom to the 12 tribes.

@@akweteyamaah what is incorrect about South of Egypt? Take the African map and indicate where south of Egypt is. Abraham left Egypt and was recorded to have headed south of Egypt towards Bethel. Then somewhere between 2 mountains he pitched his tent and made an alter to Yah. Then it was recorded that he further headed south to explore the promised land of Canaan. Simple geography. Where then could the land of Canaan be, but the south of Egypt.

    • @emmanuelcharlesbonney6963

Anyway ,Ayeko my brother from the same mother. But show me where the south of Egypt is, then you would find where Bethel is.
With the possession of our history by the gentiles and it authorized and revised translations, they could have done many changes to it. So I follow the geographical direction to get the truth. Bethel can be renamed anywhere by anybody, but the direction in scripture shows us the true place of Bethel.
Even before we get to zoology and others, geography is the key to unlock this truth. The land of Canaan.

You are correct. Abraham went south of Egypt and then went up. Central and further south, the elevation is up hill, as the Nile’s flow from a high level down towards Egypt which is north. I understand that it is more detailed

Please, let us all understand that the southern part of Egypt called lower Egypt is linked to the southern part of Israel or Canaan. Every town or city has a south and north. It may interest you to know that all the north African countries have southern parts. The Nile enters the Mediterranean Sea which is in the south of Egypt. If Abraham came to Egypt from Canaan then he came to the south of Egypt. Unless you prove that Canaan was located beyond the upper Egypt area. Facts are facts. Shalom

Good Afternoon Prof. As for this one, you are doing great with Ron Dalton's funny ideas turned into assertions. I really don't know why he is so convinced about a story that has no substance in it. Is like someone saying that ancient Abyssinia is in West Africa, and he can prove it. That is impossible because the location should match the history. Ron is trying to tell us that Abraham was living in the Congo forest with the Canaanites before he went to Egypt with Sarah. His assertion about the animals mentioned in the Torah can only be found in Africa is laughable. A simple google search can tell you the kind of animals living in North Africa and the land of Israel in the ancient times. He must I explain 2Kings 25: 25-26. Also, Jeroboam and his connection to Egypt and the Northern Kingdom of Israel. Bro. I am enjoying your analysis so far keep it up. Facts are facts. Shalom

In Deuteronomy 29:23, the Bible said Israel would become a wasteland. Luke 21:24 also tells us that Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.’ Unless people are proposing the gentiles are living in the lands they claim to be Jerusalem in Africa. Yahawasha made it clear the time of the gentiles will continue until He gathers His people back to the promised land from the four corners of the earth.
