Genuine guy .... building his own ev modules in spare time n money . Customers and govt and even viewers like us need to support him... Owner is happy to show his work ...love Thai people....👍🙏✈️ Awesome video 🎉
Yes, I agree with that. He's the kind of man I would happily sponsor or invest in if I had the money. He's really entusiastic about what he does - a great guy! Thanks very much!
Thank you for all of your videos. I would love to work as a American scout for him. I find him anything he needs. I will stop by to say hello when i come in March.
He's doing some great work and has some great car shells waiting to be restored. Mine would be that 59 Chevy, I always wanted a 58 as it had understated wings. Maybe if I win the lottery and move to BKK. These days I am just happy with air-conditioning and leather seats.
Yes mate, that Chevvy is the nuts, as is the El Camino. I just drive my Chinese heap and make broom broom noises at traffic lights. I still pull away from the lights quicker than 99.9% of people here haha.
Thanks mate! Minburi has some surprising places tucked away: a racetrack, two football stadiums, the abandoned Thai Football Association. There used to be a place that just did old Land Rover Defenders but it has disappeared.
Amazing place! Looks like so much not being touched or finished? Bringing out gems from a trash pile! What is his target on finished cars per month? He will need to sell at least 2 per month! Doesn't look very organized or well laid out in the least? Ergonomics and safety? Good luck to him! ---Ah well, that's what makes it Thailand I guess ? Good vlog!
Haha yeah, I think he has a 'trash' yard just down the road. This is very well organised for a back street Thai place, where health and safety do not exist in everyday life. Thanks mate, appreciate it.
No idea mate. It's seasonal (monsoon). Don't worry though. He had all the cars undercover until recently. He has just moved yards and will put a cover on the new yard. We are in dry season now so he has a few months to do it.
That is a very long process by the time you find and import all the parts. By western standards on the price it is pretty good. I love the white 59 El Camino and the Orange Apache pickup but that MACK under the back window does not belong there. A very interesting video. I did not know there was such a place in Thailand doing that and I have watched a lot of videos of Thailand. I am in the Philippines on a tourist visa so have to leave the country in June and this is making me lean toward Thailand as a destination before I go back to the Philippines.
Mate, there are loads of places like this in Thailand - this one just happens to be in my neighbourhood. There's a few famous places, such as Smiths Garage or Hengs, but loads of backstreet places. Just round the corner from this is a Land Rover Defender specialist. There are loads of car shows and junkyards too. Thailand is a great place to visit. Cheers Brian.
Owner of this shop has a great vision and inspiration. Shame is EV guy who took off. I know many successful companies here in the States, they all use Tesla set ups since it's the most easy way and most practical since there are many wrecked ones available for parts. I think he should stick to just restoring cars and Range Rovers for now . EV is cool, because of the instant acceleration and a quiet power train but range and overtime battery degradation leading to expensive repairs in the future. Great content JImmy 👍
Thanks a lot Bruce. I have to be honest mate: I have no love for EVs at all. I love the roar of an engine. Can you get a kit to make the EV sound like a real car? That'd be pretty cool.
And?? Many cars pass through this yard, some lefties, some righties. TODAY, he has a lot of righties. FYI, this is a right hand drive (the correct side) country....
Allow me to be very clear, Chuckles. I am English. I know VERY little about American vehicles. In the rest of the world, outside 'Murica, there is traditionally VERY little interest in American cars.... or baseball, or gridiron. Basketball is different; more people like that.
if the guy likes e conversion he should take a look at some of the body conversions the boosted boys did th-cam.com/video/QLJSB77AK8E/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/uv_bTOEuMRg/w-d-xo.html
Three comments and all three were an attempt, rather poorly, to mock. Based on that, I am going to guess you are American? Be nice, Chuckles, or I will simply remove your negativity. Have a wonderful day x
Haha, did I show you any finished cars? I did not. This is an extremely reputable man who is in the process of switching yards. Broken repairs? They are shells and spares for future projects. Your comment = horribble. Have a lovely day.
What terrible grammar!! **You're.... Actually, I didn't even know what car brand it was, never mind the year. I'm a real car "man" ("guy" is Scooby Doo language), not American junk! Have a lovely day sweetheart.
Turning old mostly Aussie cars into classics....there were very few if none right hand drives cars made in the US back in those days left hand drive yes many low labor countries do this all over the world in south america they can build you any car from scratch.. laughing at old roger looking at the right tailight on the caddy for the fuel filler when its the left side that is the filler side so dont believe all you hear thats an old chevy el camino for example dont know what it was in Aussie in the US it was that
Yawn.... Chevy made their RHD AMERICAN cars cars in Canada and then assembled them in Aus, NZ and South Africa. Are Nike products now considered Chinese and Vietnamese? An El Camino is an El Camino wherever it is assembled or driven. You're laughing at a 73 year old man casually looking round a car yard? Shame on you! Have a lovely day x
Nothing seems to be finished? As soon as they are, they are gone (already pre sold). To be clear, a customer brings a car or a shell in and ya man there and Siam Autoz perform their magic. I deliberately didn't show any finished cars. There will be NO cut and shuts leaving this yard; parts and shells are stacked in case they need them in the future.

Great vid again JB! Cool and interesting place, good find !
Cheers mate! Thanks for watching.
Good video ,Jim. Looks like Russell enjoyed himself.
Yeah, it's a pretty cool place, wouldn't you say?
@@JBWanders73 where abouts is it ?
Thank you for all of your videos. I would love to work as a American scout for him. I find him anything he needs. I will stop by to say hello when i come in March.
Thanks a lot mate. You could get in touch with him on FB Messenger.
They can't tell a 59 from 60 Chevy.
Did I say we were car experts?? We are merely wandering around a random car yard close to home.
He's doing some great work and has some great car shells waiting to be restored. Mine would be that 59 Chevy, I always wanted a 58 as it had understated wings. Maybe if I win the lottery and move to BKK. These days I am just happy with air-conditioning and leather seats.

I find the Willys wagons, around 1950's & 60's quite intriguing.
Yeah, I'd love one.
Good video Jimbo, liked the part where Russell was correct 🙂I never knew Minburi had such a place
Thanks mate! Minburi has some surprising places tucked away: a racetrack, two football stadiums, the abandoned Thai Football Association. There used to be a place that just did old Land Rover Defenders but it has disappeared.
Got to like those mobile museums. Early pickups do it - they are beasts however very appealing.
Yeah, I'd love one mate!
I think you have beaten CB media to this one? Some amazing old cars there and a cool owner.
Thanks a lot mate. The owner is such a lovely man!

What is the annual rainfall in that area, please?

@ check out the new Hyundai ioniq 5N fake engine noise and it’s crazy fast
@ Ooo, I will indeed mate, thanks
@ 🏎️
That looks pretty fun!
With all the right hand drive cars, these are not recent imported American iron.
And?? Many cars pass through this yard, some lefties, some righties. TODAY, he has a lot of righties. FYI, this is a right hand drive (the correct side) country....
Thanks fir an interesting video. (but please get an external microphone)
Thanks. Yep, I hear you; the mic does need sorting out. I've got one at home that I need to sort out, cheers.
Now he calls an early 50s Buick a Chevy.

Can't tell a 55 from 56 Caddy either. It's a 55.

very bad work and completely broken repairs, horrible
I'm guessing you don't know shit all about vehicle restoration.
Haha, did I show you any finished cars? I did not. This is an extremely reputable man who is in the process of switching yards. Broken repairs? They are shells and spares for future projects. Your comment = horribble. Have a lovely day.
Indeed he does not Al!
You don't know the difference from a 59 & 60 impala your not a car guy!

Too much on the go at once even with all those employees nothing seams to be finished and the cut and shut as the end road legal?
