Wow sheng nan's character actually portrays how women get upset over things that cant be handled by both parties and how like deep inside even if shes mad, she cant stay mad at lu jin bec he didnt want to be away as well. It's just that his work doesn let him get it the way he wants it

This is the part I fucking don't get. The mother just ask some bs historical stuff, and she just take it seriously. Like hell. The MC's answer is the standard answer for everyone because Liu Bang won the war. If you ask me who would I have choose without context or hints, why would I choose the loser?lol.

Lu Jin was very patient here… you can see him holding his temper since she looked too tired to ‘fight’… great acting … both of them.
