    Recipe for the shrimp dish
    Ramen noodles
    1/4 cup water
    1 egg
    carrot
    mushrooms
    shrimp
kimchi (my first time...not for everyone by I liked it)
    stir fry sauce
A Rocket Stove is a super efficient stove that burns clean and cooks very quickly with very little wood. After watching at least 20 videos on making Rocket Stoves, I decided to try my own design. I scrounged up enough scrap materials laying around the shop to make one that works really well. I used A 10 inch piece of 3" stainless tubing
and a short piece of 1-1/4" sq tubing about 5 inches long with a 45% end.
I also used some 1/2" nuts and bolts in case I wanted to level it or use it on a picnic table top and not scorch the wood.
Or I could use a scrap piece of wood in between the rocket stove and my jeep bumper.

HEY Jody, I just wanted to say 'thanks'. We just did the -welding- merit badge at our boys club. I had to come up with a project and had recently watched this video. I came up with a very basic design that the kids could weld together. It worked out well! Thanks again! (I just posted the video)

Great video! I absolutely love your instructional videos (you were actually recommended by my instructor as well as the course coordinator who owns your set of dvds), they really helped me through my course and to pass my all position stick (I had never even touched a welder before I went to college for the course). This vid was a nice change from the instructional vids, and very well done (and made me hungry). Oh, your tig finger really helped when I was doing my course for pressure pipe (6G, 2" sched 8, 6010 root and hot pass, 7018 cap/fill). Sure, I didn't do tig for that, but it allowed me to prop on the pipe and get stable (It's a little beat up now, and I have a second one i keep in my shop for when I do tig, but it is still functional). Thumbs up! . . . and now i'm hungry too!

I made a rocket space heater from two party helium bottles, the burn chamber and internal chimney are insulated so the temperatures get so high only steam comes out. The heated dome routinely maxes out my stove thermometer at about 500C. It's a hit at winter BBQs. It is possible to take the dome off for cooking but it is more like cooking over a jet engine :)
