- I love the look of the Crochet Sampler Cowl. I have actually crocheted 2 of these already! Using Caron X Pantone yarn, you can colour up the cowl in any colours you wish. Use the color play tool on the pattern to change the colours on screen and to whip up a customized pattern using the colours you wish.
This is easy level and you will use different skills throughout this project. Enjoy, it's a lot of fun.

I love the way you joined this! I've ruined projects as well from sloppy joining and its kept me from doing certain projects. Now I know what to do! Thanks Mikey! You're awesome!
GREAT TUTORIAL 💙!!! I HAD NEVER HEARD OF CARON & PANTONE PATTERN'S. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHOWING THIS & FOR EXPLAINING HOW THE YARNS WORK OUT EXACTLY & FOR SHARING ALL OF YOUR GREAT TIP'S 😊! LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS 💝! THE COLOR'S, THE PATTERN, ETC! ONE OF THE GREATEST IDEA'S FOR CHROCHETING & CROCHETER'S EVER 💝!!!
Fantastic combination of colors! Incredible contrast, depth and freshness, really like the idea. 👍
Thank you for this tutorial. I have made the most gorgeous cowl to match a jacket. I get compliments all the time. AND I love the colour play tool from Yarnspirations. You did a wonderful job explaining this pattern!
Love you guys so much your videos are great and u have stayed all about crochet not selling
I love your tutorials Mikey! I did not know there was such a thing as a yarn bowl. What an awesome idea!
That's the color I bought! I'm gonna make the shawl!
I can't wait to make this!!! Thank you for another great tutorial
Very beautiful, indeed! And your explanation is perfect, as always! :)
Wow beautiful
In the written pattern for row 12, (i.e row after doing the extended single crochet) you're only supposed to do single crochet, no chain gaps. But in the video you skip that and do row 13 directly with single crochet + chains. I'm going to follow the written pattern and diagram, but maybe add a disclosure to the description about this? Mistakes happen
Super beau 🌺
I found this video after so much searching
Okay great. It's hard to narrow down searching I am sure.
Hi Mickey love love your tutorials could you please make a tutorial for the Bernat color block Bobble scarf please I keep getting stuck on the 3rd and fourth row stitch count is way off each row Thanxs
Can it be made into a neck warm instead of a lose cowl ?
HEY NOEMI, HOPE HE ANSWERS BECAUSE I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING 😊! I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT HOW I COULD JUST STOP AT WHATEVER MEASUREMENT I WOULD LIKE & JUST SHORTEN THE PATTERN, JUST MAKING SURE I USED THE CORRECT STITCHES STARTING & ENDING. GREAT QUESTION & GOOD LUCK GIRL 😊💝!!!!!
I hope answer too
That yarn happens to be very difficult to work with. And could you figure out how to unwrap the yarn from the packaging? It’s tricky.
If I understand your question right, you want to know how to unwrap it? He did a whole video on it.
Is there an inexpensive yarn that can be substituted for the CaronxPantone yarn? This yarn is way out of my price range :(
look for a #5 weight yarn. there are some on this sight to give you an idea. I agree with you. very pricy and not much yarn for the $.
See the colors and choose your winning combination of price, material and quality. I will use this method.
I used an AC Moore coupon when it was 5 bucks a skein and got an additional 20% off.
Actually, there is a challenge in selecting your own colors and looking for on sale yarn. Then your scarf is truly unique. Thanks to these guys we will know how to do it!
Patricia H I always make unique stuffs, and always trying to change something to adopt to my measurement, my taste and my style. It is very boring for me to copy paste exactly the same and that thing I called creativity. I accept crocheting as creativity. That's why I accepted.❤
thanks a lot ... please do me a favor and make a video how to crochet top to down cardigan for 4xl size... pleeeeees
Mikey, does your friend Bruce sell those yarn bowls on Etsy or someplace?
